My 1st time at this location! I was celebrating my friend's birthday, and I ordered the Orange Hawaiian drink and the What The? Bowl, which were very delicious. Even my friends who have gluten allergies were very pleased with the options. I loved the ambience of the restaurant. Will definitely have to come here again when I come back to Lancaster area.

I’ve always wanted to try this place since I’m a big Soulistic lover! I decided to try it and immediately loved it! 10/10. Food was great, customer service was great & the environment felt so cozy!! The cinnamon butter is soooo good!!!

i absolutely adore this place! i started coming here last spring when i started working near the BLVD and have had an awesome experience every time. the staff are super friendly, even during their rush hours which is impressive to me! their teas are amazing and the food is so refreshing and delightful, i don't think there's really any other place like this in the AV.

i usually get their Yes Lychee drink and avocado toast! their acai bowl is also super yummy 🙂

It was very good food. This was my first time there. My daughter wanted to go there because they offer vegan food. Which was good. I had breakfast tacos. Good, but next time, I'll try something else. The teas were good. It's a bit sweet for me. I've cut back on sugar, so that's just me. I'll be back again. The employees are very nice.

Sorry, but I have NO IDEA what this places’ secret ingredient is- EVERYTHING was 100% deliciously amazing. Every single ingredient was top notch. From the strawberries in the chia pudding to the bacon/rice in the bowl I got. I asked for my egg over medium and it was cooked to complete perfection. The spinach was abundant and not wilted at all. The staff was so sweet and nice, the atmosphere was cute and fun. I could go on and on, I will definitely be back!

UPDATE: Went back a couple days ago and it was a completely different staff, however they were just as nice, sweet, and welcoming. The food was just as good (we loved it so much we ordered the same thing) and we both agreed that this place is probably one of the best breakfasts we have ever had eating out.

SECOND UPDATE: my boyfriend and I come here regularly, love it every time, the people are always so nice, recommend it to everyone. Love Love love this place. I will be heartbroken when we move.

Some great vegan food in Lancaster!!! I've been living here for 4 years and have been sad about the lack of vegan restaurant options and am so glad I finally came across the Modern Tea Room! The food is healthy and delicious, I love the tacos the best (ate them so fast I forgot to take a picture lol).

I just wish they stayed open later and used sustainable packaging.

The vegan food here was pretty good although it is not a total vegan restaurant. The jackfruit burrito was better than I expected. The vegan Philly Cheese Steak was also pretty good although the jackfruit was a little on the salty side but not too bad. The service was pleasant and helpful. They were busy but I didn't feel rushed.
The atmosphere is appropriately themed. Music was loud enough that it encouraged patrons to talk louder and create a sense of an engaging happy atmosphere. Personally, I prefer a quieter atmosphere. The seating is limited so if you visit at a busy time you might have to wait.
The serving staff was helpful and very pleasant which is a key reason for me to consider returning. Also I forgot my hat 🤠 and one ran down the Blvd to get it to me. Much appreciated 👍
So if I am in Lancaster again I'll be coming by to try some more delicious vegan food 😋

My salad was pretty good except the feta cheese was a bit much. The wrap was kinda of weird and person eating it said chicken was dry but when she put dressing on it, it was better and good. It just sucked that there was no parking in front and I had to walk around building. Not that I can't walk but I have a weak hand from surgery and had to carry 2 drinks and food. Also tea spills everywhere. It'd be great if they used back door for customers picking up. Service was good.
