Beautiful view and the weather was wonderful that day. Lots of activity on the water, seals, kayakers, paddle borders, boats and birds.
Very eclectic collection of furniture musical instruments and other items. There is a photo history of the property which is very interesting. Built in 1905 some of the original furniture is still present as well as furniture the family brought with them When they moved in. For the most part the property is aesthetically pleasing however when you go out to the dock and turn on and look at the house, is very cluttered and junky on the lower floors not pleasing to the eye at all. I found the room we stayed in to be very dusty. The fan at the window had a fair amount of dust on it so it could not be used unless you wanted to clean it first. Overall it was a nice stay

Good hospitality, the dock was so nice to study for my exam. Slept well....although, as it is an old building, you can hear the comings and goings of others easily. If you like an antiquey feel, you'll love this place!! Parking is for anything under a half ton size.

A step back in history, a 120 year old inn (before roads) that now has a half dozen rooms to rent via AirBNB. It is showing its age and creaks, but inspires stories of the life of Islanders in the 1900s.

Lovely Historic Inn. Perfect location. Great hosts. You have to be OK with the path and many stairs to get down to the accomodation. Also, take seriously the host's notice that it is an old building and the doors and floors are creaky and loud. If someone is up, you will know it. If you don't mind, you cannot beat it. I'll be back.

For those who appreciate rustic, quiet, unfussy peace, the Marjesira Inn is an ideal refuge. Work on your book, take a nap, walk in the woods, paddle on the water, and make a meal. It's a simple place with a long history. Don't come expecting high end hotel service or even a city style luxury experience. The Marjesria's luxury is beauty, quiet, and peace in a storied building cuddled into a steep bluff.

A favorite place. Colorful surroundings, with original art, waterfront view, cheerful hostess, and interesting guests. Plus you get a workout going uphill to the road.
