We had one of the best hotel check-in experiences ever, thanks to Lewis and Tigri! They were incredibly welcoming, kind, and friendly, setting the tone for a fantastic stay. Truly some of the best customer service we've encountered anywhere.

During our time in the Governor’s Club, Zachary took exceptional care of us. He was not only professional and kind but also offered great restaurant recommendations and helpful local tips that made our visit to Madison even better.

The service here goes above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back!

The other reviews are accurate - this is a great property, operationally sound, and in a great location. All three boxes checked! The check-in process went smoothly, and my guest room was very nicely appointed. Lots of tv channels, WiFi was decent, bathroom in great order, and bed comfortable. Conference facilities were A+, what a perfect venue for a small to medium sized event - ours was 225 ppl and this venue was ideal. The location is also so convenient for walking around downtown. Honestly this was a fantastic place that I would definitely return to in the future.

Every employee that I came in contact with, at the Madison Concourse Hotel, treated me with respect and courtesy. Dee and Lewis were the stand out employees, for doing a great job. I’d list more people, but didn’t get the other names. We stayed on one of the Governor’s floors, with access to the Governor’s Club. Came out to an extra $55/night. Well worth it. Room was spacious and comfortable…with great views. Every inch of the hotel boasted luxury. I will definitely be staying there again, anytime I’m back in Madison. Thank you to all who had a hand in making me feel like a valued guest.

Cleanliness is a priority for us and you never disappoint. The room was spectacular along with the lobby and fitness area. |The mattress and pillows always guarantee a great night's sleep. The staff is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We love staying here and enjoy the area's restaurant's and bar's.

We stayed in a governors level room with an air tub, the tub was incredible and worth the price of the room. My only note would be that the TVs could be a little more modern, they work fine but having a smart TV would have elevated the experience. That said, the room was clean and well furnished.

For us, the upgrade to the governors club was worth it. Our bar tender was very nice and helpful with recommendations for the area and directions, and he poured a great drink. The snack hour was easily sufficient to be a light dinner before our event as well. Next time I’m in town for work I’ll definitely plan to stay here for those amenities alone.

As an overnight stay, it was a great experience and between the bar and snack hour it really made for an indulgent experience at a very fair price. I would recommend this hotel both for work and for leisure, it’s walking distance to the overture theater, so doing a night at the club level could also make for a great “stay-cation” for locals.

Thank you to all of the staff, your hospitality was excellent and we really enjoyed our stay, I am looking forward to returning for another visit soon!

Staying in the Governor's Club is always a fun experience. The hotel is very clean and the staff friendly and professional. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. In the lounge expect top notch complimentary food and beverages. The evening we were there it was delicious Asian chicken wings, spring rolls and Asian salads along with traditional veggie and cheese trays. The hot breakfast options were very good, and the nightcap desserts were fantastic.

Stayed in January and the first of February for training at EPIC. The hotel was wonderful! Check-in was easy, Room was nice and shuttle was super convenient to have. Lewis at the front desk was always smiling and welcoming. It was a little colder than I was used to in Alabama so I stayed in alot and ate at the hotel restaurant/bar. John and Paul were amazing! Food and drinks were so good! I highly recommend this hotel, stay on the governor's level and stop in and see Paul!

Everything was top rate from the self parking to checking out! Check in was pleasant, the rooms were clean, the bed was extremely comfortable. We had the Governors plan so enjoyed free drinks, great hors d'oeuvre and then later delicious desserts. The view of the capital, especially at night, was amazing. Felt pampered and cared for. I plan on staying there again.
