Lauren made our stay, she was helpful from day one on the phone helping me with my reservation, I was celebrating my birthday and Lauren made sure it was special without me asking, she went above and beyond! Also thank you to Michaela for assisting us with an early check in and mentioning my birthday as well! The suite was amazing, wonderful amenities, beautiful shower/tub, robes, fireplace, would stay again, very clean.

Beautiful hotel and the most budget-friendly compared to the other Davenport hotels. The place has a vintage and luxurious feel to it. The room was very spacious and they had a meal coupon included during my stay. The designated parking lot is about 2 blocks away but it's free once you tell them that you parked there. It's in downtown Spokane, so everything is just within walking distance!

Claire at the front desk was very kind, respectful, and helpful. This was my first time staying at the Lusso. The room was excellent, got upgraded to a suite. Luxurious jet tub and shower. The best mattress I have ever slept on.

The room itself is fine, but the air conditioning never worked properly. I called him and maintenance person, but I could never get the temperature below 70°. I shouldn’t have to call multiple times. Maintenance person should’ve come back and check it out after work.

Service at the front desk was very good. However, service at the restaurants was absolutely terrible. There was no post at the tower property for breakfast. At best. The problem is you can’t skip the breakfast. Because you pay a fee $30 on top of the room rate you get a $20 voucher at the restaurants. So you’re stuck at the restaurants the restaurants. There’s no way standalong restaurant of that quality and service can survive.

The problem with the location is a problem with major city. Homeless people wandering around. I should’ve known better on that one. Never gonna stay in a major city until these governments can clean things up.

As you enter the hotel, you realize this will be a pleasant experience. The lobby is designed really nicely. The receptionist was extremely friendly. The location is super. There is so much to do and see within walking distance. The hotel lobby, hallways, and rooms were all very clean. The room was very nice as well. The bathroom was really spacious and designed well. The tub was a great size. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Great history to this hotel! Loved how all rooms still had the original transom’s. You could feel the old west as you meandered through the hotel.||I had a street view I believe on the 4th or 5th floor. Room was spacious, bed and pillows comfortable. The shower needed handrails due to the tub was over 21” tall and it was difficult to get in and out of the shower.||Staff was professional and friendly. Only problem was no parking so you had to valet or park a block away in a garage.||Definitely would stay again

We had a wonderful time at the Lusso in Spokane,WA! It was our first visit at the Lusso. We’d stayed at the Historic Davenport before! |We came to town for a concert! |Our concert ended up being cancelled due to all the fires! |When we told the front desk gal Danielle, she gave a free glass of champagne…. And a voucher for one the next day as well!|It was a very nice surprise…. And a wonderful gesture! |Thank you Danielle for making our experience such a nice one!

This is my fourth time staying here. The location is stellar; basically anything in downtown Spokane is within walking distance. The hotel is incredibly quiet, and the rooms are spacious. Working with the front desk is always a very smooth and seamless experience, as is the valet service.
