Rooms were nice. Tacky, overpriced mini bar. Hot tub was cold. The pool was actually warmer than the hot tub. Guest services were not friendly at all. My husband said hello to them when we returned in the evening and no response at all. Food was cold at breakfast and below what I would call quality. $15 food token.....only good for dinner. Smh....We travel 2 weeks a month and this by far was the most unimpressive hotel. Bougie does not equal quality. There are plenty of quality hotels, with quality breakfast included....with friendlier staff...near by. Sorry Lodge. I hope you will use this information to improve.

We love staying at the Lodge! My husband has to travel to Richland a few times a year for work and we make sure to book at The Lodge because of the cozy and comfortable nature of the hotel. They have many amenities available for guests, a restaurant, a seperate bar, spa, gym, pool and hot tub etc. The service is incredible! The staff is always ready to help you with a friendly and caring attitude which makes a huge difference because traveling can be stressful. This trip was perfect. And there was a specific staff member of the restaurant named Maddie that was so very sweet and kind. It was really nice talking to her❤️ she went above and beyond to help with my food order. We will be back again.

We live in the same city as the Lodge, and frequently see it when we enjoy activites around the Columbia Point marina -- We had to cancel our out-of-town Valentines plans because of a snowstorm, so we decided to have a fancy staycation instead. The restaurant had a 3 course wine and food pairing for Valentines day that we had delivered to our room -- I had the best Fillet Mignon I've ever eaten that night. Our room had a fireplace and a balcony overlooking the Marina and the Columbia River, from the third floor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Lodge. We will be doing this again!

I wanted to LOVE this place. Unfortunately we won't be back. Everything was clean and wonderful, and the staff was great, but the bed ruined the entire stay. It was like sleeping on a hide a bed; super hard and uncomfy. I'm in so much pain today and absolutely exhausted.

We have been coming here occasionally for the past 4-5 years. Enjoy the hotel and staff, rooms clean, beds are comfy on the firm side and room was stocked with various amenities like wine and munchies. Ice freezer on every floor with prepackaged gallon bags so no elevator ride carrying that little bucket!||We have done the Spa which was nice, dined in and it was good, taken the river cruise once and just had nice evenings sitting out on our riverside balcony people and scenery watching. Within sight and walking distance to (I think) 4 different places to eat. We prefer LuLu Craft Kitchen. Less than 1/2 mile to Winco foods and other amenities.

I will give 5 stars for the hotel and location but will only give two stars for service. The hotel is beautiful, rooms very nice, and location is good. The restaurant staff were also nice. But that is it. Every other interaction I had with the front desk staff I was made to feel like I was a nuisance or inconveniencing them . It was odd for such a nice place. Two of my examples are with the front staff in general. As I came to check in, I was struggling because I had my hands full and dropped an item. As I was trying not to drop everything else, the front desk staff who were not attending to another guest just stared at me. They didn’t bother to ask if I needed hand or was okay. The n while checking in they rushed me thru the process. It was weird. The next day when I checked out I asked the front desk person for a receipt as I was traveling for business. She refused to give me one stating she could not because I booked through a 3rd party. She was very snotty about it also. There should never be a reason you can’t give a customer a receipt. Probably won’t stay there again.

My husband and I came for 5 days for a relaxing getaway. We could not have been happier with our stay. The room was clean, comfy and spacious. The fireplace was a lovely cozy touch. We were on the first floor, corner spot, which had a large patio overlooking the river. Great location. The onsite restaurant was delicious and convenient. We will be back.

The hotel is beautiful. The room was very nice and clean the Maintenance staff and Cleaning staff is very nice and polite. The robes in the rooms are amazing .There was a lady in the front with glasses on Saturday the 15th in the evening who was very kind and helpful. She even offered to make me a coffee after hours because I was cold. I wish I had asked her Name. I do have to say that the other staff members working in the front need some training from her on hospitality. Just a simple smile and eye contact goes the long way. When I went to check out the gentleman with black and gray hair, asked me what’s up as I walked up to the desk. What’s up? Excuse me I’m not your buddy . Some professional would be nice. I said I’m checking out . He said OK do you want a receipt or an email? Didn’t ask me If I enjoyed my stay. He handed me a receipt and didn’t even make eye contact and just went back to doing what he was doing on his computer. Horrible it made me so upset. I forgot that I wanted to buy some robes. It would’ve also been nice if he asked if I wanted them along with I hope you enjoyed your stay and that you come back.
