This truck came to our work site to celebrate our teachers. The food is delicious with quick service. They have the choice of spicy steak, chicken, potato or fish tacos with cheesy potatoes and corn for the sides. I think they also have chips and salsa for a side. I decided on a soda but they do have a mango drink that many chose. The staff is very nice and they made my food to my request, even checked with me again before serving me.

Brought them to the office for a corporate event. I will say it is the biggest crowd we've had at HQ since pre-2020. They were easy to work with. Communication was great. But best of all, the tacos were AMAZING and they brought more than enough. No worries about running out. I saw them on Food Network and was so excited to book them and show appreciation to my team.

12/10 would recommend for your next event. I hired the Lime Truck for a large academic conference for 130 international attendees from all over the world. We ordered the Taste Le Truck package where everyone can take unlimited trips to the truck and wow! The food absolutely fantastic. The crew was very professional. Don't hesitate and just book them!

We were excited to try The Lime Truck and happy they had a presence, parked in the food truck village at the recent Tequila festival we attended. Of the three trucks that comprised the "village" The Lime Truck was the only one that had a vegetarian option. Sometimes as vegetarians you need to scope out food options in advance just to make sure you won't starve at an event and we were excited to see they had 2 vegetarian tacos on their menu...a potato taco, and their "Trippy Mushroom."

Unfortunately, after arriving they were only offering the potato taco (plus their meat offerings.) and the menu seemed a bit more limited than what is displayed on their website. That's okay, we're fans of tortillas and potatoes, so we plugged ahead and each got 2 potato tacos.

They were okay. We liked that they used full little round potatoes in the taco...that was a unique take. The accompanying veg in it, onions, jalapeno and a little more gave it a nice bite. But both my wife and I felt it was a bit sparse and could have used a little more in terms of filling, and/or some kind of cream or sauce on it to round it out.

So we didn't starve or dislike what we ate...but it didn't live up to the exciting vegetarian option we thought we might get from an award-winning food truck.

The folks making the food were awfully nice and the prep was quick.

We wish they'd had their full menu available so we could have tried the Trippy Mushroom.

Do not trust the Lime Truck for your event. I worked with Ethan at The Lime Truck for two years to ensure that our wedding catering would be a success. We booked two trucks, appetizers, and food for 170 people. They promised me that they had emergency plans in place and that all the details were finalized. 30 minutes before I walked down the aisle, I was told that the second truck wouldn't be showing up because of an emergency. While Ethan told me that their two trucks could serve 80 in 30 minutes, it took my guests over an hour and a half to get their first helping of the tacos (we booked unlimited) and some of my friends didn't even get to eat at our wedding (thank God we had planned late night food that saved the day from a caterer). While it was kind of their president to apologize to me for our experience two weeks after the event and for the partial refund, I'm leaving this review to make sure no one makes the same mistake that we did. If they could figure out their business practices, not overbook or over promise, the tacos are actually delicious. Sadly, this is the one part of our wedding I will hope to forget.

The Lime Truck provided excellent service for our outdoor event for 50-60 people. Guests of all ages enjoyed the food, and they were able to accommodate dietary restrictions. It was fun to see my guests' excitement when they realized that the Lime Truck was there for our party!

If this business isn't a restaurant or food truck available besides just catering, it should be clearly stated in the title and not the fine print. I even checked the site just looking for the hours and the site at the very bottom states they are open 7 days a week 24hrs a day. I arrived, then called, no one answered at almost 2AM. If you're claiming to be open 24hrs, you should be able to take calls. All of this is extremely misleading.
