Stayed here with my partner and my big, Malamute for one night for a quick visit with my friends. Front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Check in was very easy. Had a great room, ground level with its own door to a nice patio area, which is great when traveling with a dog, as walking is a necessity and going through lobbies and down stairs all the time can be hard for our dog. Parking was right on the street next to the room, and it was quiet and everyone we ran into was extremely kind. Dined at the attached restaurant for dinner, service was exceptional and food was very good.

Access to shops and bakeries and the waterfront was only one block away. Easy strolling, marina was close. Provided breakfast was really nice, even the string cheese for my dog was great!-Like a special treat, as he was stressed from traveling and wasn't eating, so the cheese hit the spot for him. Coffee and tea and cookies upon arrival was nice too.

Highly recommend, oh and the fireplace in the room was super nice on a rainy night.

The Inn was my get away for Christmas. My room was like stepping back into a gentler time and place. The room was clean, cozy and the bed comfortable. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Bonus: The tea service was scrumptious! Will I go back? Y

What a great little spot for an overnight road-trip. My partner and I wanted to take a cruise down the Chuckanut Drive and it was suggested by a friend to stay the night at La Conner Inn. He told me to ask for the "end suite" (Room 28).

After our beautiful and easy drive from Fairhaven, we easily found the Inn. When we arrived at the Inn, we met the most friendly and helpful front desk clerk; Kelly was amazing! As per my friend, I asked if the "end suite" was available. Kelly had to think about it for a second, and said "Oh...I know the suite your friend is talking about...and excellent choice". To our luck, it was and we were able to book it for the night.

The room was at the end of the hotel and was the only one with a little furnished patio at the front entrance. Had it not been near freezing temperatures outside, we probably would have enjoyed some time utilising the patio and its furnishings. This patio would be ideal during late spring to early autumn months.

The room was great. With the freezing temperatures, we were able play cribbage while cozying up by the fireplace to keep warm. The king bed was comfortable and firm. We had ample pillows to use and a super warm duvet. The bathroom was sparse, but clean. Water pressure and water temperature was perfect.

To our fortune, the booking included a light breakfast. Available was fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal, baked goods, eggs, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, juice and coffee.

The hotel is right in the heart of tiny La Conner. Nearby are some great galleries, pubs, restaurants, a supermarket, and some other amenities. It's a 2 min walk to the promenade that runs along the Skagit River.

La Conner Inn is a great place to stay for a little getaway to a quaint and charming little town.

The front desk quickly straightened out a mix up on my part, and got us settled right away. This was a HUGE accommodation on their part. The room was bigger and more beautiful than I expected for the (very good) cost. We will return, for sure.

Such a convenient location, and very quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating; we were able to check in early with no notice. We were very happy with the continental breakfast; there were eggs for protein and a lovely selection of sliced fruit, a gluten-free bread option and a dairy-free milk option in addition to cereals, pastries and other goodies. ||The rooms were large and had everything necessary including a coffee-maker with coffees and teas. (Ignore previous reviews!) The beds a were super comfortable with lots of pillows, and the shower pressure was excellent. We also had fireplaces, though it wasn't the time of year to use them.||We particularly enjoyed the common siting areas, both outdoors and inside. As others have mentioned, the building itself is dated. There are not many outlets in the room, and with only one window, my room felt dark. The lighting could be improved, particularly at bedside if one wants to read. A few more paintings on the wall would also brighten it. ||All in all, a good experience and we would happily stay again.

Great location, can walk to everything. People are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are nice and clean, vaulted ceiling. Be aware, floors are very slippery in socks! We were on the ground floor, room 28 with patio seating outside door. It was great and we felt cozy until we saw someone trying to look thru our window. Not sure why they felt the need since they were staying in the room next door and I would assume it would be a similar layout.

Our room at La Conner Inn was quite spacious. We had two queen sized beds, two arm chairs and an ottoman, and two chairs at a round table. Plenty of room for two people. We were able to really make ourselves at home. The hotel is fresh and contemporary and the people working the front desk were friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
