I recently stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it was wonderful. We agreed that we'd be happy to stay again if we're ever in the area. Our room was clean, all of the staff was great, the complimentary shuttle to Disney saved us from having to rent a car or take Uber, and it was so convenient to be able to grab a hot beverage from the coffee shop in the lobby before heading into the parks for the day.
Things to note: you have to secure your seat on the shuttle in advance. We did not realize this and had to Uber to Disney our first morning because the shuttle was full.
Also, we could hear everything happening in the hall and at the elevators from our room so I was glad that I brought a white noise machine to help cover the sounds of the elevator bell dinging and happy kiddos heading down to the pool.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times in the past few years. Unfortunately, this hotel declined rapidly. Check out was at 12 but we were asked to leave by room service at 11:40. The staff at check in told us the bar was open til 11 so we went at 9:40 were told that they already announced last call and could not serve us. The pool towels are the size of a 2 year old and not refilled so we had to share. The room was clean-ish but needs to be deep cleaned, especially in the shower where there is mold and hair.

This was my first trip to California and my first visit to Knotts Berry Farm. My daughter and I enjoyed the park and the hotel. The location is good and honestly compared visually to the other hotels in the area it is easily the best. With season pass discounts the hotel becomes a great value especially if staying 5 days. My only negatives were that the pool was not heated at all during my stay. Couldn't ask for easier access to Knotts. If staying here you do not require a car for most local attractions, parking is free if booked through the hotels website and you have a season pass. Otherwise it is $20/night if booked through a 3rd party website.

As a season pass holder for a couple of years, I expected discounts when booking the room but I understand that when you use a third party to book. I enjoyed the hotel however, I have a few concerns. The theme park closes at 10pm. If you decided you were hungry after the park closes, you don’t have an option at the hotel to purchase anything. The restaurant and little market both closed at 10pm. Although there is a mini fridge in the room, they have no option to heat food up. Some restaurants don’t have microwave ovens in the room but down in the mini store is one for customers. This would be a great addition. Even if you brought food from the park, it’s cold. It would have been nice to have had extra blankets in the closet to use when returning late. This will help customers not having to wait for housekeeping that late at night. Over all this is a very nice and clean hotel and the fact it’s next to the park is hands downs a plus. Will I return? Yes!!
Should I get a bonus for being a pass holder, yes!!! Free water, granola bar, hand sanitizer or chapstick. Anything would have been nice..

Stayed here last week while we were in the area to go to Disneyland. Service was absolutely amazing, the staff is the best. The room itself didn't have many frills, but it was clean. Highly recommend the breakfast package that includes parking, it was a great deal. There was a shuttle to Disneyland, and the way that works is they have a schedule of times that the shuttle will be available and you just choose what works best for you. We were at the park and our pick up time was quickly approaching and we were able to call the front desk and switch to a later time, they were so accommodating! If you're on the fence, stay here!

The hotel smells like boysenberries. Very fun vibe. The hotel is beautiful and great service. Maid service is exceptional. Vending machines will take your money and not release product, so beware. Also, the rooms themselves were extremely average. They didn't match the beauty of the hotel, shops, and restaurant. Overall great experience. I would stay again because of convenience, but the rooms themselves are a little disappointing.

Seems like a basic hotel from the outside and you think since it's by an amusement park there's gonna be kids running around and loud. I was definitely wrong. The amazing service from staff started from the parking lot gate agent all the way through our check out. Friendliest hotel staff, clean and cozy hotel with luxury feel lobby designs and free parking for the whole stay including your check in and check out days! (That's $30 a day your saving). There is options when you reserve to get breakfast included or not but either way the restraunt in downstairs has amazing food with big portions. Also super close the the Park and I believe it's a shorter distance than the regular park parking lot. We love this hotel and can't wait to go back!

Stayed here and it was nice. Room was small, didn’t have a chair or lounge in the room which meant that you had to sit on the bed if you were in the room. We lounged out in the foyer between being at the hotel to going out. Pool area and hot tub were good. Steam room was closed but the sauna was in operation, so used that a lot. Didn’t have drink fountains in the gym, had to fill our bottles up in the toilet. The lobby was nice and the food part was great. The service and servers were exceptional, big ups to our server Enrique!
