Good place to get breakfast with a mix of staples and some unique spins that should bring something for most tastes.

Staff is friendly and attentive without feeling like they are hovering.

Fairly small sized, but able to use a second room to facilitate larger groups. Call ahead if you are planning a large group.

Good amount of parking along both sides of the building.

We have eaten here several times. Each has been consistent with service and food quality.

Just ate here for the first time. Portions were huge - and I can usually pack it away. The staff were super nice and attentive. Food came out fast. Everything was good.

At first at thought the prices were a little high but as soon as I saw the amount of food that I received I had no complaints about it. The coffee tasted so fresh and not bitter/old like many other places and the hot cocoa I love that it came with marshmallows, my son was ecstatic as no other place serves it with marshmallows. Food tasted delicious, their customer service was great and overall a place I will be returning many more times.

It is very pricey for the quality of food. My chicken fried steak was clearly out of the freezer, then deep fried. The gravy tasted either from a can or mix (not homemade). The scramble my son got had spicy hotdogs in it with lots of potatoes and very few eggs. My wife got the apple pie french toast. Unfortunately, it had canned apple pie filling on it. For the prices here, everything should be more homemade. Service was good. The blueberry muffin was great! A young couple came in and brought their pet bird (they were holding it). Our waitress did address it and told them they can't bring animals into the restaurant. I guess a compromise was reached because they put the bird in a backpack, but it was still in the restaurant. We probably will not eat here again. It just wasn't our thing.

We went on a Sunday and it was busy but we got seated right away. Automatically we were notified that there was no lunch, three cooks called out. OK so we ordered breakfast. It came quick but I was missing my toast and my daughter was missing her bacon. The waitress was super attentive and told us she would take care of it. She checked on us a while later and we still never got the rest of our breakfast. She said she would take care of it. A little while later she came by to square away the check. We never got the rest of our breakfast. After everything was said and done we paid 80 bucks for three breakfasts including coffee and we never got all of the items we ordered. The items we did have were not very good either. The potatoes were obviously not fresh, my eggs in my scramble were runny and tasted raw. It's a really cute atmosphere but we probably won't go again.

Very very Good Breakfast! Be extra hungry when ordering a full order of the Meat Lovers Skillet. The Jeff was really good with a waffle that was made to perfection! Crispy on the outside and just goodness on the inside. Service was excellent. Loved their smiles and laughter!!

Stopped in here on a trip to the west side of the state, and I wish I lived closer!!! It was SO good. It’s has a cozy mom&pops sort of feel. The staff was friendly and prompt with getting order in.

GET THE MUFFIN! So I ordered the lunch special of a Grilled Cheese w/Soup… what I got was: a HUGE grilled cheese (which was tasty), a potato soup (which was beyond amazing! The consistency was just right, with soft little potato cubes in it and NOT “mushy,” and the flavor was incredible… it had the initial great taste with an amazing after taste that made you ready for the next bite!); AND there was a (surprise to me) side of fried; AND it came with (surprise to me, again!) a MUFFIN!!! My total price was…. $11.99! Not bad at all in this economy, and totally worth it.

I received a blueberry muffin, my friend had cinnamon… and I can’t say what is better… they were SO SO good. The muffin top was huge. Blueberry had a lovey summer taste, and the cinnamon had me ready to cozy up with the coming Autumn. The huckleberry was only available on weekends… and it tempts me to drive the hours to get there just to try it.

So if you live in Enumclaw, or you are just driving through… be sure to stop by the Kettle, even if it’s just for a quick muffin, though the meals are great, too!
