Rooms are recently updated nicely. Clean clean clean! Nice courtyard with tables to sit and enjoy a drink at the end of a day on the road. You’re right on Main Street close to everything. Check in was very easy and fast. Courteous service

The Inn has a great location. We had passed by this place before and it looked so cute. The photos online look great. So I booked it for a 1 night stay. Our room was small, which we didn’t mind at all. The blue carpets on either side of the bed looked dingy/couldn’t tell if they were dirty or not and maybe needed to be replaced. The shower had a rubber mat that didn’t look very inviting. The AC was a bit loud and constant, again not, the worst. The real issue for us was the bed. It was pretty firm to the touch, which, fine, it’s a personal preference, but, not very comfortable to us. Every time we moved to try to get comfortable, the bed frame was so loud and noisy, I’m honestly shocked we didn’t get a knock from an annoyed neighbor. I am disappointed about the price we paid vs what the accommodations were. It was fine for 1 night but I would not book again.

This is a very nice place to stay.
The beds are so comfortable. They have thought of everything. There is an extra blanket, many pillows on the bed, dispensers of all the body care products in the shower and bathroom.
There is a fridge, microwave and safe in the room.
You can bring food and cook it on the grill in the courtyard. There is plenty of seating to enjoy your cooking.
They have a nice coffee and tea selection for your wake up needs.
You can walk the main street and window shop the quaint shops and restaurants.
Ask for a room with views of Jerome and watch the sun creep down the hill at sunrise.

The king room is great for the price, very spacious with a nice modern bathroom. The bed is very firm memory foam, and the king bed might even be turned sideways because it wasn't as long as a regular king haha the TV has a lot of movie channels with no commercials, so really appreciated that. And the Wifi is great too, 5GHz band!

We requested a King room upstairs. The bathroom needs a LOT of help. The sink was smaller than what you find on an airline. There was no place even to put your toothbrush let alone my hair brush, etc. The room only had 1 chair and the closet did not even have a dresser or drawers to put anything in. I liked the hotel location and the bed was comfortable but DO NOT book room 207. Did Not look anything like the pictures on the website.

Surprisingly modern rooms in a quiet, quaint setting. We had one room with two queens. Beds were firm and comfortable. Modern shower. Small fridge and complimentary water. AC was a little loud but it is August and it kept the room comfortable! Would definitely stay again!

Comfortable room with nice updates. Motor lodge commons area was welcoming with plenty of patio seating for all guests! Coffee station was disappointing for the price of the room. Real milk or cream would be a nice touch.||Historical information and vintage photos of the property would be interesting to have posted from the 1930s.

Stay at Iron Horse Inn, in Cottonwood, AZ. not THE LODGE IN CAMP VERDE, AZ. THEY ARE DECEIVING ON THEIR WEBSITE. YOU THINK YOUR BOOKING A ROOM AT THE CASINO. WRONG, YOU GET TO DRIVE DOWN THE HILL TO SLUMVILLE. (This was our anniversary weekend and the workers at the hotel were less than kind, no customer service. The valet people when I asked, are we headed to a slum motel? He didn’t have to say anything. The look on his face was, I’m so sorry).We were so happy to see this room after the 30 minute drive the opposite direction of home. Gladly to do!!! You won’t be disappointed staying here. Barbara was a sweet, God sent on our Anniversary Weekend. She turned our weekend around to back to wonderful. Thank you Barbara from Lisa & Jami.
