Surprising find in the middle of the desert! Clean and quiet rooms in a residential area close to all the hiking. We had everything we needed for a base camp to hike the chiricahua's for 4 days. Fridge, microwave and coffee pot in room. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Town had a dollar store for any needs.

We stayed here on Sep. 23-24, 2024. The room was super clean and quiet. The Casper beds (two queens) led to a great night's sleep. Our spines said "thank you". I will book a room again and am thankful that the Sunsites/Pearce AZ area has such a great place to stay. 'Special thanks to the hosts, Shannon and Randy for making our stay a wonderful one.

Clean room, very reasonably priced, comfortable bed… we were very pleased with our stay.
Staff was very friendly and quick to offer extra blankets and towels. Coffee pot, microwave and fridge are provided with the room.
For the price, we really didn’t have huge expectations, just hoped for no bugs. This little inn was a great surprise! Loved it!

Comfortable, cozy, quaint, clean, and convenient - these are just a few of the adjectives that describe our recent four-night stay. These rooms are great - very comfortable beds and bedding, generous-sized refrigerator in our room, great amenities. Although much of the interaction with staff is "contactless", I was impressed with how personable and personal the texts, emails, and overall communication felt. And when you did encounter a staff member - wow - very caring and personable. And even though they are not on-site at all times, you get the feeling that if something is needed, they're all over it. The proximity to the mountains and the historical area in general, combined with the comfort and service, makes The Inn at Sunsites a great value - I'll be back.

I stayed here two nights in two different rooms and the beds in both were amazing! Most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept on. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The owners are great. I called at 645am asking for a hair dryer because I forgot mine and they drove over and dropped one off! So nice of them to do. Thank you! The views are pretty too 🙂

Me and my husband stayed there long time back in 2006 it was a nice little remote place, really nice room's wish he was still hear we could go back. It b fun. Just a ? Where did u get your little wood rocking chairs? They r nice.....
