Went for a wedding and stayed at this hotel. They have a monopoly for hotel options on bainbridge if you want anything above Quality Inn standards this is it. Overpriced for what you are getting but limited options they can charge based on demand. This isn’t a true “resort.” Nothing is included with the room rate - no breakfast or anything. The rooms were big and beds comfortable and that’s about it. The pool/hot tub was closed and the gym was 5 cardio machines and that’s it. Front desk never had anyone available so you are on your own for the most part if you need something. Our room didn’t have a safe to store valuables which wasn’t concerning at first until we came back and found our room door opened twice. They use the last 4 of your phone number as the code to get around so if you travel with people that know you they can enter your room if they really wanted too. At first we thought it was friends pulling a prank but the 2nd time we were very concerned but nothing we could do, front desk was always empty so we couldn’t find anyone to discuss changing the code the entire weekend. If you are down with supply and demand this place being $300+ per night is the best option on the island but will not match what $300+ gets you anywhere else.

Information on this place is a bit astroturfed. Yes there is a pool and a gym but they're a part of the overall apartment complex. Yes there is a cafe but it's a part of the street vendors. Yes you can see the water but you have to walk down the streets through the shops to get to it. It's nice don't get me wrong and everything they say about the location is technically correct yet misleading. Little things are off like no way to access soap for the soaking tub since it's secured to the shower. Wouldn't really recommend for the price unless you specifically need to be on this island for some reason.

We went for a wedding. The front desk is terrible. They provided NO assistance with how to get from the ferry to the hotel and we waited over an hour and a half to get an uber. Everywhere to eat nearby closes very early and without a car you are simply stuck. Check out at 10? Requested an additional hour and was told it is a $50.00 charge. ||Room was very nice. Bring your own water, etc for the room.

The rooms were very nice, but the front desk was not good at all. They claimed to have a shuttle from the ferry terminal but there was not one. But the absolute worst part was the check out requirements. We were there for a wedding and reception. Of course we were up late. I was shocked to learn that check out was for 10:00 AM. When I asked for an extension to 11:00 AM they were going to charge me an additional $50! This place is VERY expensive and one would think that they could allow for a little grace period when it came to checking out. I was very disappointed……

Right on the beach. The fireplace kept the room warm. I heard the waves all night. Large room. Very romantic. Definitely will go back.

Our second stay here and it just gets better! We had a garden view room with a small patio. We enjoyed opening the door to a gorgeous garden and sitting at the table with our morning coffee. The room is spacious and bright, and the bathroom is well appointed. The village area is a short walk with numerous options for food and drink. We will return!

Went to enjoy the pool, but it was super busy. Disappointed. It seems the seasonal pool is shared with the Bainbridge community (not just hotel guests) and was extremely busy with small kids running around everywhere. I didn't realize that it was shared with the Bainbridge community, so our planned Labor Day Weekend pool day with our 12 year old was less than an hour. When we arrived around 5 pm to the pool, we weren't allowed inside the gate because the pool employee told us the pool was at maximum capacity. However, neighborhood member families were allowed inside. Our family and other hotel families waited outside the pool gate for 45 mins until the pool employee said we could enter. We found one chair to put our towels and other stuff on. The pool was so busy that it wasn't enjoyable, so

Here for a two night sisters weekend getaway and had a mostly fantastic stay! We stayed in Room 6 which was gorgeous and comfortable with a great view from the balcony over the bay. Staff were super responsive and friendly with any questions we had, including a problem with our electronic lock not working (they had a back up key). Everything was very clean and well maintained in the room and bathroom. Enjoyed the shower and the deep soaking tub, though remember to bring your own bath salts. Super thoughtful touches like a USB hub on one side of the bed and a water filtration system for refilling our water bottles at one of the sinks. The fireplace worked great and the chairs in front of it were cozy to sit in and read, though a bit dark. The room itself was very quiet and the bed comfy, though the mattress definitely had divots from long use.

The only downsides were noise out of the control of the Inn. 8:45 pm Saturday night some awful live music somewhere nearby kicked in and kept at it until 10 pm. Not a problem if you’re not trying to relax quietly in the room at that time. There was also a deep thrum that never let up but was really only noticeable when trying to fall asleep, like a deep electrical generator noise somewhere nearby.

Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the comfortable and lovely room, perfect for us to hang out in after a day shopping or exploring island. The frozen yogurt place at the bottom of the steps was delightful, we went both afternoons we were there. We tried the breakfast place at the Marketplace our second morning and while it was limited, it was tasty and convenient. Easy short drive to downtown Bainbridge for lots of other options, or up to Via Rosa for lunch and dinner. If returned, maybe a spot further back in the complex in one of the Garden rooms to see if that would reduce the noise of being on the Main Street? Loved the close access to the beach and easy parking!
