This was the first time my wife and I stayed at this wonderful property. It is located right along the main drag in Tahoe City. We pulled into a parking lot with plenty of wide parking spaces and a very nice first impression of the inn. The staff is very friendly and helpful.||The room we stayed in was a King Room and it was spacious. You can see the room has been recently renovated and it looks great! The bathroom is huge with a nice big shower and ample counter space in the tall sink area. ||The bed was very comfortable and the room had great lighting, a refrigerator, a microwave, and a chest with drawers for your clothes. The whimsical nautical theme throughout the property and the room is tastefully done. ||The property is within 5 minutes walking of Safeway and CVS in one direction and downtown Tahoe City in the other direction. We love this property and will look forward to coming back again.

This inn has a fantastic location. It is walking distance to Safeway and CVS along with downtown Tahoe City. The rooms have been newly renovated and the property has ample parking. Aside from downtown. There are walking trailers and biking trails close by.

The king room we stayed in had a nice big bathroom and shower with a comfortable bed. The air conditioner worked and the lighting and outlets for charging were ample.

The Inn at Boatworks is a wonderful, reasonably priced place to stay. We will be back again to the wonderful area of Tahoe.

This location is really close to everything. I stayed for a scuba trip for my dive club event at Meeks Bay. The room was very clean, had all the amenities I needed, coffee, microwave, generous sized refrigerator, tons of towels. The beds were comfortable, I didn’t even wake up during the night! Staying here made my trip easy and enjoyable. The price was also very good. No brainer to stay here for time in Tahoe. I will for sure stay here again. They got something good going on here….

I would have given this resort 5 stars for the room but it didn’t have air conditioning.
Before you judge me, I know it gets down to the 40’s at night. However, there is a grocery on one side with large trucks and the dumpsters are directly behind them b a separate lot. No chance of opening those windows and sleeping at the same time. **Room 10
Loved the remodel. It’s done well.
Cute lobby as well

We really enjoyed our time in Tahoe City and staying here at the Boatworks. We got a last minute reservation and everything worked out perfect. Our room was clean and the the bed was very comfortable. We had to park behind the hotel, but it worked out great as it was somewhat hidden. The location couldn't have been better and within walking distance to everything. We plan to come back again! Thank you!

The room was immaculate - and the bathroom was huge and beautiful. No views except out the bathroom window toward the lake. Right in the middle of town though. Walk down behind the hotel to the lakefront walk. Nice.

The remodel made this hotel even cozier. The location is amazing. You can walk to the lake or grocery store. Very clean room & surrounding grounds. Friendly staff & comfortable beds/linen. We can see the lake from our room.

Such a pleasant surprise! We wanted to expand our ski holiday and couldn't find any place that could accommodate us, The Inn at Boatworks had an opening and we took it. We were in room 26, the king suite. It is perfect for ski trips, lots of extra room for gear, boots, clothes. A roomy shower, no tub but that didn't matter to us. The room was super quiet, which shocked us for the hotel is located between the Safeway and the bar Jake's.

Added bonus, we were able to walk to all the restaurants and bars after a hard day skiing. We will definitely be staying there again.
