Boyyyyy ohhh boyyyyy, what a treat y’all! Clean, new, amazing housekeeping staff, front desk staff, bellhops and management! This hotel is growing to add on almost 50 more rooms and the hotel is already very large, but so beautiful and spacious! The beds are comfortable, almost too comfy and you will consider extending your stay! Thankfully I do not live that far away and will be back over and over because of the top class service and kindness I and my family received while at this hotel! They just added a beautiful adult and children’s pool and activities area. There are also 2 nice and fully stocked bars at the pool area. There is so much to do! You have the HUGE casino area, the bowling alley, the kids arcarde, the jump park, the RV park and sooo much more! You will find something for the whole entire family to enjoy. Besides, come get spoiled by the staff and amenities here at The Hotel at Black Oak Casino

The room was lovely. It was clean and spacious. I understand the facility has construction going on but there was almost no hotel parking. The few disabled parking spots were taken and there is no valet service. I drove around and around trying to find a spot to unload my belongings. Eventually I had to park in the casino parking garage and was going to tote my personal belongings through the casino and down the road to the hotel. I asked the desk clerk if I could get assistance or if the golf cart they use could help bring my luggage to the hotel and I was told NO. After waiting at least an hour, I made one last attempt to find a disabled parking spot near the hotel and thank goodness a spot opened up as I drove by. I am a 75 year old woman.

Had a beautiful romantic Birthday celebration. The staff at the resort went above and beyond! Especially Tim for being so considerate going beyond his job description! The staff was always happy
and welcoming, and Caitlin made an excellent first impression. The hotel was pretty full, but the quality of the rooms meant we never heard anyone else, unless, of course, you passed the laughter from the people swimming in the heated pool on the way to the Casino! 🙂 I felt very special and had a great time. We will be back!

We were guests of The Hotel at Black Oak Casino from April 10-13, 2023. We were very impressed. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the pool was huge! The Family Fun Floor was a definite highlight. The arcade was so clean and there was a variety of games. Bowling was lots of fun too.

The only downside was The Mill restaurant. There wasn't a lot of choice. We had to get up and ask for our own drinks.

Overall though it was a great stay! Highly recommend.

Amazing. The casino is right next door there is a pool check out is late. Their bedding is luxurious and makes you feel pampered. The food in casino is without a doubt delicious and pretty great prices too. I love this place and the outside views and mountain air is all an experience I cld never get tired of. I come here to get away as often as I can because its all worth it. Total BLISS!!!!!🥰💜💋🤗🎉

The staff was very helpful. The price wasn't great but the rooms were very comfortable . We got a disability room the first night and then got a regular room a few days later the second night rarely saw the courtesy cart driver and just walked to the casino, which wasn't good for back . The 🔥 tub was excellent
