Outstanding room layout and functionality. The air conditioning actually allows the guest to set the temperature to a winter cool temperature. Bed and pillows were uber-comfortable. I am actually researching make and model for potential home purchase. I slept better than I do at home! Registration desk personnel are students and were exceptionally helpful and engaging. Their name tags identify their name and where they are from. This led to very nice conversations. Overall, one of the nicest places I have stayed in 40 years of travelling.

I recently booked at this beautiful hotel on the Auburn University campus and had an exceptional experience from the Valet, check in personnel as well as our bartender and server at the wonderful restaurant. The room was gorgeous and extremely comfortable. Everyone was just so polite and helpful. I highly recommend. This area has walking distance shops, restaurants, bar’s which is a plus if your looking for a little down time after work if your in the area on business or just visiting, I highly recommend.

During Hurricane Milton, I stayed at the hotel 35 miles west of Columbus, GA due to limited availability at the time. I had expected a more upscale experience, but the parking area near the entrance and the lobby were quite crowded, and the room was small, likely reflecting standards from 50 years ago. Despite being a small town, the drivers were incredibly courteous. When I mistakenly signaled to turn left but then needed to turn right, the drivers in the right lane graciously yielded to me. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and the town’s scenery offered a refreshing change from Florida.

The hotel is very upscale and every person we had contact with was friendly, kind, and very helpful… The location is great and right on campus. The Restaurant had great food and the atmosphere felt like when we are in New York. I will definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous hotel in great location. Full of charm and hospitality. Staff is super, among the best I have come across at a hotel. Rooms are a little small but nice decor and very comfortable. We hope we get the chance to stay here again, highly recommend.

Room was very nice and clean, however, the customer service was pretty bad. When I arrived, I was told that they were going to take $50 out of my personal debit card for incidentals even though the stay was paid for by my employer. Later that night, I noticed that they put a $200.00 hold on my personal card by mistake. When I addressed this issue the following day, I was told that it was a mistake and that the hold would be reversed 5-10 days after check out. I explained that it was there mistake that I was charged so much and that it should be reversed immediately so I could have those funds available in my account and the Supervisor on duty said that there nothing they could do. She seemed visibly annoyed with me and spoke to me as if I was a child. I spoke with 3 employees during my stay and none of them seemed like they were knowledgeable about the hotels policies and procedures. 2 out of the 3 front desk staff that I encountered were very friendly and pleasant to speak with.

When we arrived we were warmly greeted by Caleb. He was truly exceptional in assuring our stay would be pleasant and comfortable. He explained where everything was located and gave some local suggestions for restaurants and family fun. He made us feel right at home. His genuine friendliness and attentiveness set the tone for an unforgettable experience. It is evident he takes pride in his hospitality.||||Caleb recommended Arricia, the hotel's restaurant. The food was excellent and our breakfast there was a highlight of our stay. It was a great atmosphere to visit with family over a great meal. We are grateful for his recommendation. ||||Overall our experience was great and we hope to go back soon. It will be our first choice while visiting in Auburn.

So I am a big-time foodie. This is definitely one of my go to places to grab a drink and a quick bite to eat. Their menu changes often, but I am a fan of the sausage gnochetti pasta with spinach. The service at the bar is us usually on point. I even have a favorite drink that Another regular customer orders that they have named after him.
