Worst on line service I gave ever experienced. I tried to purchase a $1,600 tool cart and it came destroyed. It took them two months to send. I returned it and ordered a different one, this time $900 tool cart. They sent the wrong one. I am done, harbor-freight has better tool carts, better prices, better service in store and on line.

So the have a sale sign over one two pack after waiting ten min to get someone to help me the open the case and it’s actually the same two tools but for $219 because those are the wrong set the correct set is$119 for $ 99, fine that’s dishonest but is what it is. The the associate asks me to go to garden to check out and disappears. Get there and it’s still ringing as $ 119 then we have to wait while they find the associate again she comes up and says I told you it was $119 and she dose not know what sign I am talking about! So we go back over show here the sign I already showed her twice because the first one was not the one on the sign. Just to find out the sale isn’t until the 28th five days from now and we would have to ask a manager but they are all in a meeting. Are yall kidding me I will not be back.

This store is massive!! It's filled to the brim with all the things you'll need for any do it yourself project! I can't ever go here without a lot of money in my pocket because it's awesome! You can find everything except grocery items here! I love this store!

I must say Bakersfield Home Depot is very different than Bay Area Home Depot. Very helpful employees and pleasant. Check out was great since I've not used the self checkout before the clerk was very kind and patient.

This is to the general manager of the store. I was very disappointed in the Way I was treated by Your customer service lady Emily that took care of me. Not so much so I speak. Upon walking in the store, the young lady had a huge electric heater on the counter in between the credit card reader and her cash register. Which at first made it very difficult to try to place a box of tools that I was returning to her. As she was busy with her hair and her nails, she finally managed to move the electric heater only to place my box in front of her. I would say she was very rude and not pleasant to speak to. Upon her inspection of the tools I was returning it seems that she was looking for the serial number on the back of the tools and matching it up with the barcode that's on the box. Everybody knows that the barcode on the box is for the item and the price only to locate. So she called her manager, and her manager was doing the same process which really was not very smart. After waiting for 15 minutes, I addressed the manager to go get another box open it up and look at the items to match them up and see if it's the same or not. Well, he finally did then called her up and told her the customer's right process the return. I own two businesses and in Professional opinion you Should assign more pleasant people to the counter. And making sure that the counter is open for customers to place their Items for return on the counter.
I will be forwarding this email to the regional director of your store so that you know and be aware of what's going on.

Very clean inside. Didn't interact with any of the employees so don't have any comment on their customer service. Have lots of items in stock. Very spacious parking lot plenty of parking spaces. Their garden section is also well taken care of. Very happy with out stop.

As a frequent customer of Home Depot, I was deeply disappointed by the condition of their restrooms during my recent visit. Despite the store's reputation for providing quality products and services, the state of their bathrooms was far from satisfactory.

Upon entering the restroom, I was immediately struck by the lack of cleanliness. The floors were dirty, with visible stains and debris scattered throughout. The smell was unpleasant, indicating a lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. Moreover, the toilet facilities were in poor condition, with some toilets visibly dirty and others out of order.

Hygiene is essential, especially in public spaces like Home Depot, where customers expect a certain standard of cleanliness. Unfortunately, my experience with their restrooms fell far short of this expectation. It's concerning to see such disregard for basic hygiene, particularly during a time when sanitation and cleanliness are of paramount importance.

In conclusion, I urge Home Depot to prioritize the upkeep of their restroom facilities to ensure a more pleasant and hygienic experience for their customers. Improved cleanliness and maintenance would undoubtedly enhance the overall shopping experience and reflect positively on the company's commitment to customer satisfaction.

I went in today looking for a filter for my stove top. The first person I went up to was talking to a young lady and while I was patiently waiting they both turned their backs to me. I can understand wanting to get your swerve on, but turning your back to a potential customer is bad business and extremely rude. I do appreciate the help from the 4th person I asked.
