I used to live in Kirkland. Now I enjoy staying at the Heathman when I come back to visit. Great location in the heart of dining, music, waterfront park and groceries if you need anything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful ambience to just sit in the lobby and people watch, or in the restaurant's outdoor heated seating area.

We had a gift certificate we wanted to use. When we arrived, we were met by the sounds of construction in the lobby, which was getting an upgrade.
We checked in and were given a complimentary upgrade to a suite for our stay. The room was amazing! It had a small bar area, a nice seating area, with a see through fireplace that separated the two rooms. The bathroom had a large tub, a separate shower big enough for two. The commode was separated from the rest of the bathroom which was nice. The bed was a king, very comfortable, the fireplace made the room cozy. Our room came with a balcony with chairs, and a separate terrace with even more seating.
The restaurant was nice, comfortable, and had a decent menu offering. We had the charcuterie board, a few drinks, and dessert. Our bill came to $135.

Service was excellent. Housekeeping was great and the valets especially Wayne were very good and attentive. You can hear your neighbors however and my room had noisy hvac and refrigerator but not bad enough to switch rooms. Location is top notch. Highly recommend.

Very much, enjoyed the hotel and the amenities. Friendly staff, beautifully appointed, loved the cozy fireplace and space in our suite and we were excited to have a couples retreat over a Saturday night with some much needed rest. Great brunch at the Hearth restaurant. Love that they have bicycles to use for local exploration. Great proximity to wonderful restaurants all around. ||We encountered a few of strange things during our stay…, first, our bedside phone started auto-dialing calls to an unknown number on full speaker volume several times throughout the evening/night/morning which repeatedly interrupted our sleep. We reported it more than once and eventually unplugged the phone from the wall in the middle of the night on the 5th time. Next, a persistent doorbell and morning room service delivery person woke us up Sunday morning with 3-4 “doorbell rings” at our room door. We had not ordered room service and we were trying to catch up on the lost sleep. All in all, however, beautiful hotel, and we enjoyed our stay. Hope they get the kinks worked out.

Everything about this hotel and the location is superb. I have never had any bad experiences. There are a lot of fun activities to do within walking distance, and we love the sushi place, Kiwami.

Such a lovely property! The team was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! They have a great restaurant with a fabulous wine list as well!! They also were kind enough to extend a late check out so I could comfortably explore the area a bit more. 10 out of 10 would stay there again!!

I’ve heard of The Heathman for years but never had a reason to stay overnight in Kirkland until now. It’s a very nice hotel that’s easy to access in cozy/walkable downtown Kirkland…||we really enjoyed it! Our stay felt like we were at a high-end hotel, yet totally unpretentious and comfortable at the same time (and reasonably priced too). We were only in the area for one night, but I’d indulge myself longer next time… it’s super convenient to the wineries in Woodinville and/or just walking along Lake Washington.

We had the pleasure of discovering the Heathman Hotel, just off 405 exit 18. We were going winetasting in Woodinville (exit 20) and wanted to find a hotel close by. What a great pleasant surprise. The Heathman was welcoming, comfortable, and SO nice. We had a lovely room, and after winetasting, we enjoyed craft cocktails and great food in the Heath Restaurant. What a great "stay-cation" if you are local to WA. We will definitely be back.
