Wheather a one night getaway or a three month stay over this location has it all when it comes to hospitality, comfort, and relaxation.
The location is large enough to keep kids busy and occupied but still have enough room to find an isolated spot to discover and really chill undisturbed. The house has all the comforts you might need and the owners have a knack for knowing when to engage or leave you to your own. They certainly make you feel welcomed and at ease.
I found everything to be high quality and meeting or exceeding expectations.
The location is great, not far outside Monroe, but far enough away from lights and noise, a superb country setting.
The Saturday brunch is worth a trip in itself, worthy to use for special occasions and celebrations or just a really fun way to spend the day, and your welcomed to tour the grounds after your meal. Delicious home cooked elegant food heavy on the dessert and pastry side. You really can’t go wrong as long as you’re compatible with fun loving pets.

Grayson Bed and Breakfast was better than 5 star. We have stayed in many B&B and luxury hotels all over the world and this was one of the best. We went for our anniversary get away and Mariam made it even more special.
They brought us a charcuterie board and sparkling cider the night of our anniversary.
Our breakfast was over the top delicious, the grounds are beautiful the rooms super comfortable. You will not be disappointed if you stay there.

The host’s description, pictures and virtual tour say it all for extremely well-equipped amenities that included convenience and comfort. Extra special was mingling with the owner's family, their values/lifestyle, and Mariam's Three-MICHELIN-Stars breakfast ! !
We will most definitely book again when in the Monroe area ! !

Stayed here for a wedding a couple weeks ago and The Grayson is a complete delight. The coordinator's hosting is unparalleled - very friendly, warm, and enthusiastic, replete with perks that well exceed expectations for a bed and breakfast. The weekend morning breakfast offerings are dazzling. The common areas are lovely, clean and bustling with very sweet pups, kitties and birds. The location is great - 5 minutes from a popular wedding venue, 10 minutes from the heart of downtown Monroe, and well under an hour to Seattle. You will not regret a stay at The Grayson.

The Grayson Bed and Breakfast is the perfect stay ~ whether it’s a short visit or an extended one.
I ended up here with my two fur babies for 3 months with work ~ and felt blessed I found this gem.
Miriam and her family are the absolute best hosts ~ they make you fell right at home. They even took great care with my dogs when I had to work long days (taking them out ~ giving them love).
Rooms are spacious and clean and if you get a chance to partake in their Saturday brunch ~ well just plain yum!!
Thank you for your hospitality and kindness ~ if I ever have to come back this way for work again it’s a must book.

We had a last minute change in plans and were able to stay at Grayson on short notice. Boy we’re glad we did. We were only there for 8 hours because we were in the area for a race, but it was great! Exceptional hospitality, everything clean and available to us, and an emphasis on natural foods and veggies from the garden. One note tho: you may get woken up by the doves in the living room, so you may want ear plugs. Pet friendly place, but there are cats in the house, so you will likely leash when inside the house.
