Cutest little coffee shop just a short drive off the highway! The owner is super nice and helpful. Ordered a brown sugar n cinnamon latte and she made it just right. The breakfast sandwiches are hearty and real eggs and meat, she just microwaves it real quick. My sandwich was cold in the middle but still good. Definitely recommend!

Hello!! Regular of Gingerbread here. I gotta say, I’ve never been to a better coffee stand. The girls always know EXACTLY what I want and I always have a surprise flavor. They have an excellent sense of taste and they always remember that my boyfriend doesn’t like tropical/peach flavors. We’ve never gotten a bad drink there🥰 from sparkly spritzers to tasty espresso coffee, even to their breakfast sandwiches, there’s nothing they can’t do! This place is always going to hold a special place in my heart, no matter how far I may move. They are irreplaceable! Bianca and Taleah are amazing and I love just sitting and talking with them when I come get my drinks (until there’s other customers of course😉). It’s worth every penny I spend there. Speaking of which, the prices are also amazing! Why get a $10-$12 venti drink from Starbucks that’s just eh, when you can get the same size for roughly $7 (depending on the drink. I always get a Lotus spritzer) that will blow your mind every time? Always, ALWAYS raving reviews for this place and the workers, they are the kindest people I’ve ever met and I miss them dearly. I just moved to San Diego for a few months for the boyfriend’s work and they were the last place we went to before leaving and they’ll be the first place we go to when we come back for sure! I love you guys so much!!❤️❤️❤️

Such an unassuming place! It’s such a tiny little shop it could fit on the back of a pickup truck. And there’s so many bees! How weird it’s like a little bee habitat that also sells coffee. Anyway this place had the most delectable matcha I’ve ever had so far. I should’ve asked what brand they use. It’s very sweet and aromatic. Non-dairy options are always a plus. The lady working there deserves props for working in a beehive. She’s so upbeat and helpful all while casually swatting stinging bugs away.

OMG am I your 100th review?!?!
If you're looking for a truly personable and local business experience, this is your new coffee shop! Simply put, Bianca is the best!

Her passion and dedication shine through her community involvement, delicious drinks, and unique products (which make it a great place for your next Instagram or TikTok if you're into that).

The flavor combinations are endless. Check out her insta for drink ideas! My personal favorites are the purple lemonade, maple and brown sugar, almond, and the blended coffee with pumpkin sauce. Not to mention, the breakfast sandwiches are great!

Also, you know how they say bar tenders are the best therapists? That's a lie. It's actually coffee baristas. After I moved here last July, she is the reason I feel I've found a family and a community here in port orchard.

Drinks were amazing, the owner is super nice! I got the blood bag with red bull and blood orange and it tasted amazing, it's fun and festive! Saw this place on tik Tok and I've also passed it multiple times not realizing it was there but Im so happy I know now and can't wait to go again 🙂 highly recommend!
