Staying at a bed and breakfast was on my bucket list, so I was really looking forward to the experience staying at the Gables. I had a wonderful time with my husband as we celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary. We were there with two other couples, newlyweds and a couple celebrating their 49th anniversary. The home was immaculate, so well designed with gorgeous period pieces and detail. The bed was the most comfortable I have slept on - we stayed in the Brookside suite on the second floor with a lovely view of the creek. The hosts were congenial and we were treated so well. Everything was spotless at the home - not a speck of dust or dirt. It was a tremendous blend of modern amenities such as good lighting and USB ports for our phones, and a vintage Victorian sink with handpainted motif and beautiful clawfoot tub. I would highly recommend staying there. The breakfast was delicious and well thought out as well. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

This place is beautiful and the rooms are elegant. Pam and Larry are the consummate hosts, so friendly and full of good local recommendations. The breakfasts were the best we have ever had at a b and b. Larry presented us with gourmet entrees preceded by Pam’s superior baked breakfast treats. We would highly recommend a stay here for a beautiful romantic weekend.

Pam and Larry were incredibly welcoming. The room was perfect and the breakfast some of the best bed and breakfasts meals we have had. They were really helpful and knowledgeable about local wineries and restaurants. We even had a wonderful evening in the parlor after dinner.

What a lovely home. So well maintained and inviting. Pam and Larry were so kind and accommodating. We stayed on the first floor in the parlor room, bed was comfortable, room was clean and temperature was perfect. Loved sitting room. Walked the outside property, so peaceful. Breakfast was great! Larry went above and beyond and made me pancakes instead of the egg dish, thank you!!! We will be back

My wife and I spent 4 nights in the sunset room just a few weeks ago for a Sonoma County Wine Vacation. The Gables was the perfect home base for us, central to everything we wanted to see. Pam and Larry were amazing hosts, getting us set up with suggestions for restaurants, things to do, and even directions for a wonderful scenic drive to the coast. Their wine passport was fantastic and an amazing bonus that provided discounted and even free tastings at many wineries in the area. Their knowledge of the area is truly remarkable. Oh, and the 3-course breakfast - out of this world. So good and a really great way to fill up before a day of adventure. 5 stars all the way!!

I recently stayed at this charming vintage bed and breakfast in wine country, and it was a delightful experience. The rooms were impeccably clean, and the hospitality was outstanding.

We enjoyed a couple of days at The Gables. The location is convenient but out of the way. The rooms are all nicely decorated. Breakfast was a treat. Our two meals were unique and delicious. We appreciated the homemade peach and plum preserves. The hospitality was excellent.
