This is a drive thru food truck! Not a sit down restaurant. You will order at the window and they will give you a buzzer. Plenty of parking around the area to wait for your food. We got the hamburger and the fire Mac and cheese burger. They accidently messed our order up and made too much food so they gave it all to us for free! We truly appreciated that. The staff here are over the top friendly and just so nice. The food was absolutely delicious! We sat in our car and ate before driving back to Fairbanks. Would definitely recommend if you’re ever driving through the small town of Delta Junction. We truly love supporting small businesses and restaurants.

To be fair- you are not going to have a lot of options in delta junction… so review is based on availability and small town vibe
The blue cheese burger was great… I would order it in a larger town for sure.. the quesadilla was good- minus the chipotle sauce-
Otherwise great, crispy.. perfect

You have to try the Brisket Mac*n*Cheese!

We had the Chicken Strips, Cowboy Burger and Steak Wrap. They were also really good! Highly recommend.

We would stop here again!

By the way, they are at a new location down the road. Next to the Arctic Chiropractor.

Amanda has superior customer service and both Davis and Frankie are exceptional cooks. The food and service and phenomenal. For being a food truck and fast type foods they make it so delicious you want more. You can taste the love they put into the foods they serve! It was so delicious I forgot to take photos. Next time!

The Fire Chicken Club is one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches I've had. Chicken is well breaded and seasoned, sauce is tasty and hot, plenty of jalapeños and other veggies.
My wife loved her burrito as well. Service was reasonably fast and pleasant.
Not sure what atmosphere anyone would expect from a food truck on the side of the highway... but it was certainly that.

best food and customer service in delta (at a not insane price)! everyone is so friendly. note some menu items are a lot better than others. i’m always over the moon with my sandwich or taco orders; the burgers, fries, burritos and wraps haven’t blown me away.
