Spent a weekend with a group of friends in one of the houses. The house offered us the space we needed to spread out and enjoy the weekend. Location is close to the Capitol and State Street and a very quick drive to the closest grocery store. They also have a workout room that has the essentials you need while away from home.I would recommend one of the houses of The Dylin as an ideal space for large groups traveling to experience Madison together.

I am not sure where to start! This was the best stay I have had in years and we travel a lot. Very convenient location, very clean and so comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and the apartments have everything you need. They also have secured parking area so you don’t have to park on street. I will definitely recommend and be back!! Loved the Dylin

This brand new property is great for a short or long term stay. The furnishings and bedding were super comfy and it was nice to have a kitchen to make my own breakfast and lunch while visiting my daughter in Madison. It’s a great value for the space. Will definitely stay here again.

Really nice hotel in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from everything Madison has to offer. Our room was clean and comfortable and we loved the coffee! Our kitchen had everything we could have needed plus more. I ended up working in the lobby quit a bit. Such a cozy space to spend time in — the lap tables were a nice touch too. Will definitely be staying here every time I visit Madison.

I recently stayed here and absolutely loved it! The space is beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful details that made my stay so comfortable. The bed and towels were incredibly cozy, and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook my meals. You can tell the hosts really care about creating a great experience. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The Dylin by Locale is a fantastic boutique aparthotel in downtown Madison—super walkable to everything! The space is brand new with a beautiful design, a full kitchen, and plenty of room to relax. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the shower pressure was amazing, and the gym was perfect for my needs. There's also optional underground parking, though I didn’t use it. Can’t wait to stay here again on my next trip!

I had one of the worst stays of my entire travel life! They didn't give us codes and we had traveled in a blizzard, they were slow to respond making it very difficult. On top of that it happened the next night too, codes didn't work and we had to use the facilities!

There were no curtains on the windows! There were sun shades but no privacy! Not only was this uncomfortable for privacy reasons, there was no blocking the light in the morning! What kind of hotel doesn't allow you privacy and to block the light? I literally rented the place to sleep!

Over priced and poorly attended, this is ab obvious corporate money grab. We will never stay at any of their investments again! Truly ruined our vacation. We left early, option for a late night return and a 4 hour drive vs staying the second night. Truly awful.

Spent four nights here and absolutely loved it. The rooms were very spacious, had a great layout, fully stocked and the property from top to bottom was spotless. I loved the contactless arrival process, it was super easy and user friendly. 10/10 would recommend and will certainly stay here again the next time I'm in town.
