We stopped in Clanton on our way to Mobile. We took a chance on The Dinner Bell and we were not disappointed. The food was delicious, great price, and the service was outstanding. Highly recommend!!!

This little restaurant was so welcoming and good. Our wait staff, Haley, Lindsey, and Tasha went above and beyond and talked to us like we were old friends (we live in Indiana). The food was down-home good and like any good Southern meal, the portions were big. We will definitely eat here again when we next travel through Clanton, AL.

I live in Marbury, I decided to try this place today I usually eat Main St next door but decided to try this, I was very disappointed. The food was not Hot, cornbread was cold my meatloaf looked like it was scraped from the bottom of the pan. The fried green tomatoes was the only thing that was hot. My waitress checked on me one time to ask me how the food was and then I didn’t see her again, then when I went to pay the lady taking my money didn’t ask me how my meal was or to come back again. It seems like you are treated differently if you’re not a regular in there because I seen a lot of favoritism towards other customers. I want be back. I’ll take my business to Main St.

I was not impressed. The biscuits look good, but leave a lot to be desired. And it was so cold, it would not melt butter. The hashbrowns had an odd flavor/texture. The best thing that can be said is, I left most of the food on my plate so it was great for a diet.

This is a great little restaurant in downtown Clanton, Alabama. We were passing through and decided to stop for breakfast. I thought the food was excellent and very affordable. Great breakfast.

A wonderful place for dinner! The food is delicious and the service is delightful! We stopped in for dinner on our overnight trip from Indiana to Gulf Shores. A great local place that our family recommends.
