The hotel is lovely with wonderful decor and inviting seating throughout.The woman who checked us in was friendly.
Our room was large, comfortable and attractive. The bathroom was large with a big hot tub and walk-in shower. However, both the hot and cold water from the sink remained extremely cloudy.
Needs improvement: Noise: I woke up (maybe 7am?) because of music with a continual bass-line coming from the first floor. Also, the 'grab and go breakfast' meant a broken coffee machine (I think, no sign posted), some cups of cereal and yogurt and small, chocolate-swirl muffins. The staff was not prepared to give updated information on options for local restaurants that serve breakfast. They were unaware of 'Brunch' a new, already popular restaurant 3 minutes away.
In the room, there is an impressive array of snacks and a well-stocked fridge and drinks tray. However, the QR code with the price list is too blurry for Google to open.
At first, we were charmed by the hotel's ambience and our room, but the morning noise, cloudy water and thw disappointing breakfast offerings dampened our experience.

Bathroom was very relaxing. Multiple shower heads, soak in tub and very spacious. Room was beautiful and multiple restaurants within 5 minutes of walking. Staff was helpful and kind. Couldn't hear any other events or people in the hotel. Top tier experience.

Place was perfect for our 2-day annual business meeting. We met during the day in ID's wine room which was perfect for the 6 of us to have enough room to work and have room for the video monitors, and white boards the hotel set up. Rebecca and the staff were attentive servers during our stay and kept the coffee and snacks coming throughout the day and lunch was wonderful. At the end of the day, the bartender was awesome as we would tell her what we typically like to drink, and she crafted a custom cocktaill to our tastes. The one thing I would suggest/change is that the hotel would add more light to the hotel rooms and use the same temperature of light bulbs in the room, preferably warm bulbs. The room was dark and a mixture of cool and warm light. Other than that it was great!

As parents of the Bride, we booked the Signature Suite. This worked out so perfectly. We had half of the suite for privacy and quiet and the bride had the other half for entertaining her wedding party and guests throughout the weekend. There was plenty of space in the suite for us, wedding party, bride and guests driving in the day of to get ready for the wedding. Very spacious rooms. Large bathrooms with soaking tub and large spa shower. Also plenty of room for extra guests that surprise shouldn't drive home at the end of the night. Highly recommend, worth every penny.

This place is very nice. The service was very nice and helpful when I needed to store ice packs in their freezer. The fridges in the rooms were really small and had no freezer. The rooms were also really dark. There was barely any lighting and the dark ceiling didn't help. Otherwise our stay was great. The room was clean. The beds were very firm so I wasn't a fan but that's just personal preference. The wedding we attended there was beautiful. The food was really good and the bartenders were really nice.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at The Delafield Hotel on 11/2 and we truly could not have asked for a better venue. We were able to fully enjoy our day because the staff took care of everything for us! The ballroom was beautiful and setup exactly how we pictured it and we could not be more thankful. Kameron and the whole banquet team were truly incredible to work with. She was very responsive and professional and she answered every question I had in a timely manner. We had 200+ guests, and she did a great job helping us utilize the space to ensure everyone was comfortable. The drinks and food were AMAZING and we got so many compliments from guests on how delicious their meals were. We cannot recommend The Delafield Hotel enough!

I stayed at the Delafield for an industry event. The rooms are very clean and spacious with great amenities. The bathrooms are large, very well-lit with rainfall showers and jetted tubs. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and professional. I was very impressed and look forward to returning to explore Delafield a bit more.

The most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed at! Beds amazing, rainfall shower incredible, soaking tub pure comfort! We have made this an annual romantic overnight for the past 2 years! The staff are so kind and helpful! Date night package with champagne and gift card was wonderful! Thank you all for you making this stay magical!
