We went to The Crepery for breakfast. It was busy but we were able to find a seat. There were so many options that I had a hard time choosing. I got a sweet and a savory. Nutella and Raspberry and Avocado, Bacon, and Brie. I also tried the steamer with hazelnut flavor. All were so good!

Whoa!! You might think crepes are not all that! But let me tell you what. As my group decided to go here I was thinking, I’ll get something fruity and sweet, well, then I saw the menu. I guess I never thought crepes could be savory. I was WRONG. I love a great Cuban sandwich, so I ordered the Cubano and I was not disappointed. I was FULL. It was so tasty, I absolutely gobbled it down. Of course we had a sweet one too. Nutella with banana plus raspberries. Yum!

Wow - this place was so yummy I went twice in three days! The staff is kind and chill. The first time, I got Berries and Creme (so delicious), then the second time I got the Mediterranean but swapped out the suggested cheese for Feta. It was incredibly yummy that I felt like I could eat another. To top ot off, my friend and I also tried the pumpkin cheesecake. It was not what I was expecting - it was better! Anyway, 10/10 recommend. The only thing I didn't care for was how it got a bit smokey inside. Then when I got back to my hotel, my clothes smelled like crepes lol.

Delicious crepes at a reasonable price. Also amazing coffee. The workers a have lots of barista experience and it shows! My husband and I have tried 4 different crepe flavors and ALL were spectacular. Clean restrooms as well, which I really appreciated.

Super cool atmosphere here! Very friendly workers. Unique menu options. Quality food options. At first I didn't know if it was the creepery, but I'm glad there were no creeps there. I got the smoked salmon and would highly recommend. Thick walls to keep the cold out.

We came here two separate days, tried four different crepes (cheesecake, alaskan breakfast, crème brûlée, and crab melt). All really amazing. The service was also great and the staff were friendly and smiling for the whole time.
The only downside was the americano i ordered on the first day was really watery. Other than that, the food was really amazing.

TLDR: They are 4.8 stars for a reason.

First off, they are blasting sweet swing/big band music the entire time.

The food came out within 5-10 minutes after ordering. They also have an open kitchen, so you can watch the chefs cook as you wait.

Asked for a preference and went with it. Very good food. Presentation is great too.

Got an iced Mocha and it was made very well.

Make time to enjoy this place if you come to Fairbanks.

What an absolute gem in Fairbanks! Their savory and sweet crepes are absolutely delicious. We got their chicken caprese and their special of the day which literally tasted like pizza in the form of a crepe. For sweet we ordered the one with caramel walnuts, Nutella and requested banana as an additional item. Oh that was incredible. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Fairbanks.
