My wife and I stayed here to celebrate our 22nd anniversary. A short trip not long from home. We had a 5k with ABWR in Long Beach and this was a nice affordable hotel. The outside of the building looks suspect however, once inside we were pleasantly surprised. Lobby was clean, courtyard was cute and neat with a little fireplace off to the side. Our room was upgraded to a King Patio and was neat and clean when we opened the door. It was cold on the room but a little thermostat adjustment was all it took. After our race we stayed in the room all day amd watched movies and just enjoyed each other's company. I would definitely recommend this place. It is a little drive from the beach but close enough to drive down if you like.

Nothing special about this hotel, I honestly expected more out of the rooms. It has a “Super 8” feel to it. The bed is comfortable but very “crunchy” sounding. I was waking my partner up every time I needed to use the restroom at night because the bed was so loud. No carpet just hard tile floor, plus when reading other reviews apparently this hotel has had a bed bug and roach issue..so that made me very on edge. The pool noise was really loud until my partner complained then they did seem to turn it down. It started blasting at 9AM and did not turn off until 9:30PM. The fire was nice and the seating around the pool was nice as well. The Spanish woman at the bar was pleasant and we used our $10 drink voucher. The walls are super thin as we stayed on the first floor, we could hear the people above us walking around in the middle of the night. It is also noisy outside at night, as people are walking across our room door. If I had a choice I probably would have stayed upstairs to avoid the noise. Located off busy street, so you could hear the traffic, sirens and everything else. Not a place to come to relax..Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here again..it was just ok. Definitely could have chose better…

Decided to stay here in preparation for our Carnival Cruise. The hotel is a hidden oasis in the middle of the hood of Long Beach. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. We paid an extra $20 for an early check in. The room took a bit longer than predicted so they (thank you Ester!) gave us an upgrade. Extra large room with a porcelain soaking tub. The room is super clean. There's a bar with snacky foods along with a coffee bar. They do serve breakfast in the am for a fee. The courtyard is very inviting with plenty of cozy seating areas around the heated pool. The gas fired fireplace was perfect for a chilling evening. We would definitely come back and may do so for next year's cruise.

We stayed at this hotel for one night before boarding a cruise at San Pedro cruise terminal. The hotel was approximately 30 minutes from LAX. We pre-booked a transfer which cost $91. On arrival we were given a ground floor room. The room was very large with a king sized bed, large flat screen TV, tea & coffee maker, fridge and hair dryer. Thd hotel has a restaurant/bar and a very nice pool/ sun bathing area. There are lots of places to eat near the hotel. We went to a couple of brew pubs about a 5 minute walk from the hotel and both were very good. We had dinner in the hotel - I recommend the shrimp tacos. If you are looking for a reasonably price, clean hotel give this hotel a try.

An island to rest amid a busy area. Found it on TripAdvisor and it was fine. Clean, big room. Great staff. Limited dining. Be sure to get the parking sticker. It's a little different, but nice outside area makes it comfortable. Good for a quieter venue.

The Cove is a hidden gem in the heart of Wrigley. Popular with people meeting cruises, rooms are spacious, quiet, and centered on the relaxing pool courtyard.

Best feature is the cocktail 🍸 lounge, which includes casual seating around a firepit by the pool. Casually elegant, exclusive but not pretentious.

I live nearby, and neighbors meet up and meet new friends from around the world. Highly recommend 👌

Beyond my expectations, everyone is friendly accommodating, and very helpful, especially at the front desk. The room is big enough, clean, and cozy. I highly recommend it. The price is descent. Near to all stores and bank, Starbucks fast-food chain, Walgreens and CVS.
