I CANNOT say enough about this venue and the staff who are like super helper fairy boss ladies! (Helped with a Wedding for my BIL and SIL) The venue is absolutely gorgeous in all it's WV decor. But the staff!!! THE STAFF! They knew what we needed before we needed it and had all those random things you forget or can't find when it's time. They were so helpful and attentive, it made the day that much better and magical! 5 stars DEFINITELY recommend.

We had the Best Event at this gorgeous venue snuggled in the hills of Charleston WV! Minutes from the Airport and Interstate! Super hospitable & very WV! Clean and just really relaxing to be there. They have gorgeous overlooks off of their porches and windows! If your needing a space for conversations-depositions-meetings-trainings-gatherings💚 take a look at the Cottage! They also offer ways to have your office on premise. You may have caterers of your choice if so needed. Woman Owned Small Business. Their partner venue is the Retreat across the way.

We had our daughter’s wedding here this past Friday and it was amazing! Vannessa is awesome and so good to work with. She made everything so easy! I would recommend the Cottage to everyone! It’s a 10/10! Thank you for everything!

We had my daughter’s bridal shower at The Cottage- it was wonderful! A beautiful venue! So much space and they had everything we needed and some things we didn’t know we needed! Vanessa was amazing! She was a great hostess! We loved our experience and would definitely book there again!!!

We had a wedding there. It was beautiful. The only issues we had it’s not handicapped accessible. I had to climb a set of stairs that was difficult after bilateral hip replacements. They said they were putting in an elevator. Also the coordinator of the events kept coming up missing and we had to keep hunting her down to give the party guests instructions. Maybe she doesn’t have enough experience in that field. But other than that the staff was cordial and the place was absolutely beautiful. I would use it again if they put the elevator in. I would recommend it for people that don’t have issues with stairs.

The space here is beautiful and we had a good time, however, the staff here was very rude to my wife, children and mother-in-law. If you have kids or expect there to be kids at your event you will be better off to rent somewhere else. Staff told multiple children (5 yo and under) that they needed to “be quiet” and that they needed to “stop running”. Also, if you book this place prepare to have random people come in and out of your event as they are renting the office space on the other side of the building. We loved the style and decor of this place, but the staff were very rude and unprofessional.

Came here for a wedding shower and this place is awesome. I had no idea it existed until the other day. This place is perfect for social gatherings or meetings. The entire building is unique and has a comfortable feel to it.
