We stayed here in November and had a wonderful time! Owner/staff were really attentive and had a Happy anniversary card ready for us upon our arrival, it was appreciated ❤️ The rec room was fun, the complex itself was clean and incredibly cozy (especially during the cold month we went in), overall great experience, Thank you!
Morning cleaning personnel were really nice too!

If you have tweens or teens and a dog, this place is perfect for you! We had so much fun with the rec room full of fun games, like ping ping, free arcade games, swings, board games, big screen TV. The courtyard had cornhole, barbecues and fire pits. There is a walk to a pond for your dog. The accommodations were immaculate and tasteful. We'll be back for sure. Great location, easy access to everything in Seaside. 👏🏆

Great spot in a fun beach town. Loved the space - the King beds, cute and practical kitchen, pond view, firepit, and comfortable living room. Very dog-friendly! Was sad to leave, will be back.

This is a great place for a family stay. The communal play area and game room were a hit for the kids.
The house and grounds were immaculate! The kitchen was decently stocked for use.
Very pet friendly for no additional fees!!

The only thing missing was a pool but, the beach was close and many other things made up for this!

We will be back, a home away from home!

Great bang for the buck. Cannot beat the views nor can you beat the simplistic decor. Functional, yet elegant. These views will knock you socks off. Book a pond view for extra special bird viewing. Be mindful - it does appear to be a public trail that runs behind. However, the balconies do seem to all be enclosed for your loved ones and pets. This is a pet friendly resort. Kitchen is stocked with spices and the basics you could need! Don’t attempt to be Julia Child in this kitchen unless you are creative. Lots to do here and located south of town - which in my opinion is the right call. South Beach has a lot to offer - close to delicious breakfast burritos at Osprey Cafe, walking distance to the local hometown grocery store Seaside Market, and access to the beach with the most sand dollars I’ve ever found. Family friendly and located just off of U street….yo night even catch a round of golf just minutes away within walking distance. What more could you want!

We stayed in one of the houses that was on the lake with view and trails, I enjoyed the fire pit on the deck and all the windows in the living room making the view spectacular. Our dogs enjoyed the trails and the home was very clean and comfortable with the fireplace. We will be coming back, definitely

Love this place. You get your own space, kitchen, two rooms, two bathrooms, a nice little pond to walk around, close to town, very clean. Definitely one of the best places to stay in Seaside.

Couple things- would love TVs in the room, plenty of space to mount them above the bedroom doors.

There is a homeless camp across the pond, but there’s nothing the commons can do, it’s still a great place to have all the amenities of home.

The traffic noise is kind of irritating, but again, not something the commons could fix.

Highly recommend this place! This complex is so cute and well taken care of! The bed and linens were super comfortable! The game room was a lot of fun! Customer service was awesome! Jody is so sweet and accommodating! Definitely coming back! If you stay, highly recommend getting the ones with pond view, very relaxing with the fire pit! Thank you again!
