What did they do the old bait and switch. I ordered chicken strips and they changed them to nuggets barely breaded and nothing crispy. Wow I absolutely loved this place did it change ownership?chicken was lightly fried not close to crispy and tasted of over used frying oil. Some things are the same got home with just one sauce and the long wait to get the food. Chicken has shrunk as the price is bigger and quality has dropped off the chart. Better chicken meal at the deli at save mart than this place. Well hopefully the new owners feel the loss of customers. Wow shocker what this place has become and the price I paid. Mad at myself for what I paid to eat the food I got. If your reading this and still go there to eat, well be ready to be mad and probably mad at yourself because you were told.

We had a tournament in Hanford today and all day I was thinking about my Buffalo chicken fries I usually go to the ones in fresno, I will say this fresno have a different vibe a little mire welcoming.
But I enjoyed my Buffalo fries

My bf and I ordered a late night (10pmish) order of Buffalo fries and while it tasted good something was off. A few hours later we are both sick from food poisoning knowing it was from the food we ate a few hours prior. Definitely was the Buffalo fries because our Mac n cheese was still good tho the quality of the Mac n cheese isn't what I remember. The sauce tasted weird and there was way too much garlic could barely taste anything else. Be careful guys.

Customer Service was great and quick. Very nice cashier and server. We paid $15 for Buffalo fries that were supposed to include chicken. You will get the equivalent of 1 chicken strip and that is being generous. You are pretty much paying $15 for a plate of fries.

Don't go here at night. Ordered food online and when I went to pickup the order the door was locked after the app confirmed my food was ready. Tried both doors and went to Raisin Canines to get some food for the night since calling the place didn't help. This place was a lot better before they moved buildings. Go at lunch time only and hope they get your order correct. Wendy's down the street seems to do a better job than here. Raisin Canines worked for a late night food run.

Today was the last time I will go to Chicken Shack, there 25 piece wings size has decreased by 50% yet being charged the same amount. Not only did it taste refrigerated but they forget my sauces all the time. I was a long time customer that absolutely loved the food there, but today was just unbelievable. After a long day out with my family I come home to eat and was at disbelief. If you are a regular you to shall notice the difference.

I went in to use the restroom and considered ordering something because I was thankful for the restroom but quickly changed my mind. The restroom did not have any toilet paper, seat protectors, hand soap, sanitizer or paper towels! You can tell they don’t care about their restaurant, I would not want to eat their food. Gross
