Don't order To-Go. I ordered two of my regular dishes, and they are not made the same as eating in. The Chicken and Shrimp Gumbo is smaller, with more rice and almost no sauce. The Beet and Avocado Salad has some lemon juice on it. Some servers might say it comes with it. I've ordered this over a dozen times in multiple locations and no lemon juice. Also doesn't state it on the menu. I thought maybe the rice soaked up the sauce.....nope! Gumbo should be mostly a soup base. This is my favorite/most frequented restaurant and I order the same things, so this is disappointing and shameful!

So in my hotel, I end up with a dry rice, dry chicken, sausage gumbo and lemon juice on my beets and avocado salad. AND a smaller portion for the same price.

UPDATE: My husband if it helps, even the Cheesecake was horrible! Said it was not thick, too soft, and didn't taste the same. Costco Cheesecake was better.

2nd UPDATE: As we keep discussing, I told my husband my rice taste undercooked and hard. He said, his too and it was like they just splashed some hot water on it.
Just EMBARRASSING and I don't even work there!
But why would they care when you order Take Out and they know you won't notice until you get home, and that's more effort, time, and resources used to bring it all back.

Great food! Big portions for the price. The only little thing that was annoying was that the waitress didn’t write anything down and my husband got fried instead of grilled like he had asked. But he ate it and still liked it! The carrots are AMAZING! We got them without sour cream.

First time going to the Cheesecake Factory. I was very impressed. The wait time was only 30 minutes, and that was at lunch rush. The food was amazing, and you got your money's worth more food to take home. And they must have 100 different Cheesecakes.

To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I ordered takeout on my birthday and applied a coupon for a complimentary slice of cheesecake. However, upon reaching home, I discovered they had neglected to include the cheesecake. Going back to the restaurant wasn't worth it, but I was sorely disappointed. I would have gladly paid for it myself, but since it was the store's policy, and I had applied the coupon successfully, they should have honored it.
For the price of $90, the overall experience was not only overpriced but also deeply unsatisfactory.

I bought my son a cheesecake for his 35th birthday. Was pleased to see they had a red velvet cheesecake (his favorite), and ordering online was easy.
Did curbside pickup so that was a breeze.
$75.00 for the cheesecake, slices are large. Not too sweet. I'd give it 3 out of 5 stars, but my son really liked it, and that is what really matters!

(We served it in the box because the cat was obsessed with the cheesecake, and we were afraid it would jump on the table and eat it)

The Cheesecake Factory is a nationwide restaurant chain. The furnishings, layout and menu is pretty much the same from one location to the next. Its more than just a place to buy cheesecake - it has a full bar and restaurant.

The menu is honestly just too big (it's a literal book!) therefore the food is average at best with emphasis being put on quantity rather than quality (the portion sizes are gross).

The food is mediocre and given there are so few places to eat at Alderwood Mall, it's an expensive "make do" meal. $96.00 for: 2 soft drinks, a small chicken caesar, fettuccine carbonara and plain hamburger with fries + 20% tip. Ridiculously expensive for what it is (we've since taken to leaving the Mall and driving to Trader Joe's or Whole Foods to buy healthier and tastier salads, sushi, soup and wraps).

The cheesecakes and desserts are plentiful. Again, there are so many choices it can make your head spin but at least if you just want the cheesecake (without the lack lustre entrees), it is an easy takeout option.

Go for the dessert, that's why it's got the word cheesecake in the name!

Absolutely love this restaurant! The atmosphere is great, staff friendly and the food is amazing! It is on the pricier side but the portions are huge - you definitely get what you pay for. I got the Herb and Parmesan crusted chicken which is to die for. Seriously so good, as well as the mashed potatoes. For dessert we had the vanilla bean cheesecake and it was delicious! Highly recommend!
