This is a typical "American Restaurant " except for ONE aspect: Kylee the waiter (owner). Super nice guy that really makes the service top notch! I seldom rate an establishment a 5 simply because who's perfect? However, this is a really nice place.

One major positive is they use only fresh eggs for scrambles. (Do specify no milk if that is an issue.)

We came in from the cold for a cup of coffee. We stayed for "brunch" simply because of Kylee. The food was great!

We will be back Kylee! (That might be a threat!)

We love Centerville Cafe, they serve good food at reasonable prices.
Service is always great and the servers are some of the best around.
Hash browns, bacon, ham or sausage, egg for about $7
Unassuming quaint Cafe. Great place to meet friends for a quick bite.
Ask for the kids/senior menu smaller portions but good prices.
Parking is hit and miss, it's street parking but you can usually get a spot within two blocks.

Ordered the Texas Chicken Burger with high expectations. Couldn't eat it. Tasted like the frozen chicken single serve patties from Costco but with white American cheese food on it-not swiss as stated in the menu. The server did not inquire as to why I did not eat my food or offer a box.Tots were good and my table mate enjoyed her omelet.

We went there for the first time on June 22 and will absolutely go back again.
This was the second place in Centralia where we had chicken fried steak and I will say it’s the best.
The food came out hot and fresh. Everything tasted great. Molly was very friendly and welcoming. The employees seemed to enjoy being there.
This place is a must when in town.

Classic diner that has been through many incarnations since the 1940's. It's quite popular with local Centralians, for good reason: friendly service, good basic diner fare and reasonable prices...

Centerville Cafe - absolutely phenomenal spot. We were blown away by the amazing food and service! Even though it was my first time there, the staff treated us like regulars. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying their french toast, strawberry pancake, and 2 egg breakfast - all of it was tasty! Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Centerville Cafe and will definitely be back soon. If you're looking for a great meal in a friendly and welcoming environment, this is the place to go!

Can’t say enough good things about Centerville Cafe. The staff are so friendly. The menu has all the classics you could want. Their biscuits are super light and fluffy and eggs Benedict hit the spot. You won’t be sorry you stopped in at this diner!

Great little diner. Exactly the type of food you would expect. I had the eggs Benedict. Eggs were cooked perfectly and the hollandaise was rich and creamy. Definitely check it out.
