I have enjoyed every minute there. It made my business trip easy to get around. The room was nice, clean, and better than the other places I have stayed at. The waitress was very nice and helped us with everything we needed. She went the extra mile to take care of us on our business trip. I was able to use the business office the hotel has which is nice. To only downsize there was no scale for me to weigh my package to ship it where I needed it to go.

Rooms were a bit small and I found a couple odd stains on towels and bedsheets, but the service was quick despite the lack of easily being able to reach the front desk. The beds were very comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft. A downside though, what was advertised as a river side view was more of a view of the pool, which was a bit disappointing for the price of the room. Also, the shower gel was entirely empty upon attempting to use it.

For 12 years this has been our go to hotel. But lately we havnt been impressed. $180 gets you a parking lot view room even if you reserve a park view room. The last time we stayed the bed was so shot we both had to go to the chiropractor the next day. This time check in took 45 minutes. Causing us to miss our dinner reservation. Then after 45 minutes they couldn't issue us our parking permit so we waited another 10 minutes for an attendant to let us in to park. Probably time to look for a new go to hotel.

The hotel staff are amazing!!!! I actually left my purse in the bar and panicked as I was getting on a plane the next day. John from security and the front desk girl were so nice and helpful! Security had my purse and John hand delivered it to me! When we arrived there was a large noisy crowed in the lobby. The front desk put us far away without being asked which was much appreciated. The view of the river was amazing to see.

I was checking in late and they had no clear. Rooms avail. Sawyer was working the front desk and went out of his way to accommodate me and upgraded room. He comped my parking as well. Great service. He showed me the room and asked if could help in anyway to help make my stay more pleasant

This was my first stay at the centennial hotel and I will most definitely be back. This was the most pleasant experience from the moment I walked into the front door. The gentleman at the front desk, Xavier, was absolutely amazing! His energy was nothing but positive and he gave us some recommendations for an upgraded room with a private balcony and a beautiful view of the river and the Pavillion. He helped make our experience one of a kind! I highly recommend staying at this beautiful luxury hotel both for travelers or locals looking for a little R&R from the daily grind!

Nice room, great having a black out blind. |Not a huge fan of showers that are open but the water pressure and heat were great. |Front desk, Starbucks and restaurant gave outstanding and friendly service|The room was clean and well stocked. Nice having a fridge and microwave in every room.

This was the second time I have stayed at this hotel and i absolutely love it! The whole place has a huge wow factor from when you first walk in. The staff are so nice and friendly. I encountered 2 minor problems which were sorted out straight away for me (the remote didn’t work and the toilet seemed to be a little blocked) so very satisfied with all the service I got. The rooms are just amazing and the bed is huge and so comfortable. The bathroom is luxurious and the shower is amazing! In the room you have a fridge, microwave and coffee machine which is everything I needed.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone it’s just amazing.
