This is going to be a blunt review, so let's start with the positives. The hotel is conveniently located walking distance to Legoland and there's a nice 4-lane 25 yard lap pool on the grounds.

That being said, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a friendly, courteous place to stay. If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience at this hotel was disappointing across the board, but the service at the restaurant was so rude and unprofessional that it deserves its own special mention.

After a long day at Legoland, my family and I attempted to dine at the hotel restaurant. We waited for ten minutes without a single staff member acknowledging us. When I politely asked the bartender if someone could clear a table, I was met with hostility. He interrupted me, "You're going to have to speak up!" I chalked this reaction up to stress and repeated myself slightly louder, only to be met with a curt, dismissive response about how they were short-staffed and we’d just have to wait.

I totally understand that this happens and I empathize with service industry workers, especially when they're overwhelmed. But what happened next was inexcusable.

As I turned away, I overheard this same bartender mocking me to a patron at the bar. He and the customer shared a laugh at my expense while my family, including young children, stood within earshot. My spouse immediately commented on how unprofessional and rude the bartender was being.

I reported this rude behavior to a manager, who was apologetic, but in all honesty the damage was done. No amount of "sorry" can undo the fact that a paying guest was openly ridiculed by an employee in front of their family.

And this was just one of many issues. The hotel room itself left much to be desired. Our sheets smelled unwashed and musty, the food was overpriced and mediocre, and to top it all off, the hotel sits directly under a flight path, meaning you’ll hear the roar of jet engines at different parts of your stay.

I could list more grievances, but honestly, none of them compare to the disrespect and unprofessionalism we encountered at the restaurant. There are countless hotels where you can spend your hard-earned money without being insulted by the staff.

Had a great stay for a quick weekend getaway with my husband and 8 year old twins. Location is great walked to LegoLand. Awesome room king bed and 2-twin beds in other room was perfect for us.

It was a really nice resort the rooms were nice and spacious, beds are really comfortable I slept like a baby. The only thing it was missing was like a little kitchen area bar service was great but the food and drinks were a little high maybe one day they'll drop some of their prices the fire pit by the pool was great and kept u warm if you took a late night dip in the pool

The property is beautiful. The staff is some of the friendliest ever. They are very concerned about you have the best visit when you are in their hotel. They were very active in following up with us to make sure every thing in good order and well positioned. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again on our return to the area.

Room very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner options a little limited but tasty and well presented. Service was good. Minor complaint is that towels had a wide checker board pattern each end that reduced drying effectiveness. Entering from the parking garage level, it was impossible to identify which of the reception desks to go to.

Great property! The front desk lady with glasses working on 2/2 in the PM was great, very kind and helpful with my room move. Great customer service and the rooms are nice too!! Parking rate is very fair at $32/night. Had dinner at the restaurant and it was really good!

I loved this place. The staff was friendly. The pool and hot tub was amazing. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Just wish the flowers were there when we stayed, it is why we booked. And when we got to our room, the flower field was all dug up and was just dirt. Wtf

Breakfast was pretty good!
