If there was a way to rate this place with a negative 10, that's what I would give it. These are the issues that I found in the suite that we stayed in:

1.  The doors were very difficult to open with the key card.  It was a "place the card in front of the card reader" style system.  There was a green dimly lit light bar that was cracked and dimly lit.  It took 4 scans of the card before I could get into the room.

2.  The light switch by the door was not dedicated to any light fixture.  It was dedicated to a wall outlet with a rolling switch lamp that was in the off position.  We arrived at night, and had to keep the door open to find the light switch.

3.  There was NO lighting available in the separate sleeping room.  The lamp had a broken plug, and there were only 3 plug outlets in a large sleeping quarters, two of those were behind the head of the bed.  We had to pull the beds away from the wall to access them.  One double outlet behind our bed had a broken plug on top.

4.  There was black mold in both bathrooms near the tub areas.

5.  There was only two wash rags in a suite that slept six plus people.  There was limited facial tissues.

6.  There is no elevator service for a second floor room.

7.  The night shift manager was rude in many ways.  When I asked about elevator service for the upper floors, he answered in a condescending way, "We only have two floors!"

I have personally seen several motels-hotels with only 2 floors that do have elevators.

8.  There was hard candy and trash on the floor from a previous guest/resident.

9.  While having a continental breakfast, they had no eggs or meat available at the breakfast.  I have been to several hotels and motels that offered eggs and meat with their continental breakfast.

I would never suggest this place as an option to stay in while visiting the area.

Our first room wasn't even clean or ready, we got to the room, and the beds weren't made, there was crap in the toilet and something on the floor.
The room we got was a bit better, except for the hair clump in the shower, and the pill and funk pile under the air vent. The air wasn't blowing cold, then I figured out why; I don't think the filter had ever been clean.
The second tv didn't have a remote so we had to old school it and get up every time we wanted to change the Channel. We won't talk about the fact that there was NO HOT WATER!

I know my review may sound surprising, but I had a truly wonderful stay. Everyone was friendly, rooms were clean, daily housekeeping, and I felt safe. No bed bugs nor anything alike.
I completely enjoyed my stay. At first we were worried due to all the bad reviews, but I am glad we still chose it! (But keep in mind that we are Mexican so our standards may differ)

The staff were super helpful and fixed issues we had with our room and it was really clean. However the bed was horribly uncomfortable and was like sleeping on nails. Getting out of the hotel is difficult because it is located on a super busy road. It was convenient to get into and is at a good spot I would’ve rated better except for the bed and the difficulty exiting the hotel.

We stayed recently over Thanksgiving, this will be our second time they're the first time was bad. Cleanliness could be better for they're property around the hotel/motel.. inside room were spacious with 3 queens and a pull out bed . My big complain here is the bathroom bees to be cleaned better boogers on shower walls that should have been scrubbed. The pull out bed never had the blankets most hotels offer in room already you have to request it. Other than that it can be a decent stay.

I was pleasantly impressed with this place. The desk staff were extremely friendly. Our first room we had to switch because the fridge wasn’t working. Small issue. But they moved us to a different room no problem. The inside was clean and nice looking. The pool and spa were nice and clean as well. This hotel is just a little less than a mile from Knotts Berry Farm. There’s an Outback Steakhouse right next door. For a different steak place there’s a blank angus just down the street. A medieval restaurant was just across the street as well. So overall a very good experience.

Hot water limited, hotter at sink than in the shower. Kitchen appliances in the bathroom very unsanitary. We found past guests items in the room, limited breakfast, rats in the bushes by pool, started running around chasing everyone there.

Rooms had bugs and for 4 pple there were only 2 towels.location is hard to get in and out during traffic. Service in the morning the chubby Hispanic lady is very nice and accommodating.
We left a bag there and housekeeping refuses to give it to us. The hotel says housekeeping is separate from them. They stole several items.
