I came here for a massage and pedicure on Jan 7, 2024. This place is so freaking cute the second you walk in. my massage with Allison was so relaxing and lovely. Being pregnant I feel she made sure I was comfy and truly enjoying my massage with her.

For my pedicure I am the least bit impressed. I didn’t get the girls name but she was too busy talking the whole time I feel she didn’t give her best. My toes are all cut a different shape and some of my nails didn’t even get painted all the way. I really wish I didn’t get charged for this but I didn’t say anything out of guilty conscious.. I’m also confused on the pricing since I only got a classic ped for $50 but I was charged $65 for mine. If I come back it would just be for a massage.

My appointment at The BrickHouse was due to a Christmas present from my husband. I have had massages before, but I have never been spoiled before. The BrickHouse is an adventure best experienced. Hannah was my masseuse, she was kind, attentive, easy to engage and she made me feel safe. The sugar scrub was lovely, the mud treatment was a an exposure to pure delight, and the massage was one of those, "you have got to try this for yourself!" The staff greets you when you walk in the door, call you by name. It really is lovely to have a place of business like this right here in Spokane. I highly recommend you visit this gem. They have many services to choose from!

I chose The Brickhouse Spa mainly because of the location. I live 1 minutes away. I have been traveling 15 miles away for my massage.
I was pleasantly surprised. I love the atmosphere, friendly staff, and the therapist I had was wonderful. I have been enjoying massage therapy for 30 years now and highly recommend The Brickhouse Spa. The rooms are clean, relaxing , and very comfortable. Their prices are very reasonable for the service they give.

I was surprised by my boyfriend with the Beautiful Me package. Oh my! The salt scrub, mud wrap and facial was amazing!! The gals were fabulous and made me feel very comfortable. Unfortunately, the manicure and pedicure was a different story. Although the gal that did my nails was very sweet, the outcome was very disappointing. I said something during the manicure when I noticed a couple of nails that weren't fully painted and they were somewhat fixed. My toenails came out a little better but not much. I just expected better for the monies.
Sidenote: I will be back for the other services.

I recently had a 60 min facial and a 60 min massage, there was a gap in between appointments which is fine! Other than the time in between got changed on me 3 times without my request or permission. My 60 min facial ended 10 mins early, and my 60 min massage started 10 mins late, neither was 60 mins. Slightly disappointed. I bought a gift card as a gift, hoping this doesn’t happen again!

Update: I did get a call from the manager who was lovely and very helpful! Thank you for making this right🤍

I just moved here from Colorado and heard rave reviews on The BrickHouse. I was so excited to get in for a massage with my best friend but she got a 90 min and there was only a 45 min for me. So in order to pass the time I decided to get a pedicure to wait for her to be done. The massage from Allison was so amazing and I was really impressed. I have had many massages around the world and this massage was rated in my top 5.
However, the pedicure started off rough. I had gel on my toes and she started taking it off with a file. Then tried with an electric file then put this chemical on my toes that was suppose to break up the gel. It got on my skin and burned me. I decided not to get color polish on my toes because after almost 70 minutes, I still had gel polish on my toes and she said it was because my last place put it on my cuticles and she was unable to get it out. I left with polish still on my toes , still lots of skin on and under my nails and totally dissatisfied with this “service”.
I had to go and get another pedicure from the last place I went and they had no issue giving me the service I wanted from the BrickHouse.
I told the front desk and they took off the charge for the gel removal but still charged me $40 for the pedicure.
I will be back for the massage but nothing else.
