Good food. Burgers were 10/10. Service was lacking in a big way. All the empty tables were still dirty from previous customers which is fine (normal even) but 15 minutes in I still had to request my table get wiped down. 53 minutes after we ordered we received our food, mean while we watched as other customers had come in since we ordered, placed their orders, and then received their orders... My wife and I both ordered burger and fries no apps so it would seem we got bumped accidently which is also fine if someone would've atleast acknowledged us. Just seemed lacking in the service department. Also I should note the place was not busy at all. Maybe we just got a bum deal so I'd still say try it cause the food was good but be prepared to wait.

I was in recently and was really disappointed with the overall experience. Food was mediocre, they gave me like 7 fries and .50 for two tablespoons of ranch? They forgot the bacon I ordered on the burger and despite being nearly empty, the waitress was too busy talking in the kitchen to check in with me. Way overpriced for the quality.

Friendly service. Reasonable prices. The menu had many options. The server told us that none of the "vegan" options were actually vegan.

The 'Blue Lives Matter' flag was a little disconcerting.

We are always welcomed with great attitudes and happy faces. We really enjoy the Thursday night music bingo when we can get away from work.
The club sandwich is amazing, steaks are great, and when they have there special potatoes I’m in heaven. I can’t say I have had anything bad here. We will continue to come enjoy the great atmosphere, nice staff, and excellent food.

The staff, food & atmosphere are the best. Staff are friendly & polite, treat you like family. The food is delicious, my favorites are the Bourbon & Cranberry Walnut salads. I like to mix the 2 salads together😋 The atmosphere is family oriented, relaxing & fun. Thursday is music bingo which is a blast. If you haven’t tried the music bingo you should. It’s so much fun & you don’t have time to dwell on the day to day stress of life for a couple hours. These are reasons I enjoy their company. Brooke Zima & the staff do a magnificent job running the restaurant & bar.

HORRIBLE SERVICE

We called ahead to let the restaurant know we had a party of 11 coming in. They had a table ready for us, so that was a plus. The one girl working the front took our drink orders, then... nothing. We were there for 40 minutes and no drinks, no communication about what was going on, nothing.

The parts that bothered me the most:

1) People who came in after us were served drinks quickly, within minutes of sitting down.

2) The server did not, in the 40 minutes we were there, communicate with us. It's okay to be unexpectedly busy. It's NOT okay to ignore a party of 11 with hungry kids wondering if they're going to have to wait 2 hours to eat or not.

For a place that is trying to look like upscale dining, this was a very bad look. Not worth it.

I have eaten here three times. The menu has a nice variety of classic pub food options. The chicken legs are the best thing I have had here so far. They are properly crispy and the dipping sauces are good too. The burgers are pretty decent. The sliders and sesame chicken, however, are not something I will be ordering again. I thought the quality of the breading on the sesame chicken would match that of the chicken wings. This was not the case. The sesame chicken was an incredibly small portion that was presented dry with an awkward drizzle of sauce on it, and an incredibly salty sauce on the side for dipping. I recommend plating this better and improving on the portion. Also, adding a side of fries to the online menu. Lastly, I recommend making your own patties for sliders rather than cutting a patty into four pieces... We were not very impressed by this presentation either. It seems careless.

The service here is always outstanding and the environment is lovely. It's a great place to meet with my friends or go out with my partner.
