Great location, clean hotel. We had the hotel cater our group in a conference room and the food was great. Folks in the restaurant and bar were helpful and nice to talk to. Johnathan F was super helpful as we were shuttling vans in and out using the valet service. We’ll be back next year for the same event. Slam dunk this place is a no brainer for our needs.

The hotel was great and the parking staff was awesome! So helpful and on top of it! Jonathan F and crew were the best! Check in was easy and everyone was very nice and helpful. |We catered dinner from the hotel restaurant and the food and staff was great! Definitely recommend!

Cons:
The phone in my room started ringing in the middle of the night. It was creepy. I guess there was a “voicemail”? So it kept ringing like every 30 min. Scary horror movie sounding phone. I told the front desk the next morning and for whatever reason the woman had some weird smug attitude like she was amused over it? Weird vibes.

Dated building. Paper thin walls.

Stayed here for a night while on a layover. It’s a very charming hotel in a convenient location - very close to LAX. You can easily walk to The Point across the street that has lots of shopping and dining options.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was in good condition with a comfy bed. And there was a record player in the room! You can get records at the desk. Overall a pleasant stay. I’d definitely stay here again.

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. The rooms were a good size and the bed really comfortable. The sound proofing isn’t good though, so you hear people above and below you walking around, and talking in the hallway, and was sad that all the room service meals were in disposable bowls and plates, with plastic cutlery + cups in the room etc were all plastic (in plastic wrap!), so bad for the environment. Why not use washable, reusable cups, plates and cutlery? I would have expected a Hilton hotel to be focussed more on sustainability.

Fabulous experience from booking through to check out.

I had to change my reservation a couple of different times, the last being the day before we were supposed to to check out because I realized that I had accidentally had us checking out one day too early.

Several different people had to help me untangle things for the past couple of months as our plans have been super fluid and every single one of them was super professional and gracious.

I ordered room service twice and both times times my meal was excellent; the Fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken exceeded my expectations!

The $25 a night valet is a pretty typical parking cost and the valet are super responsible and helpful.

The room themselves are showing their age a little bit although the furniture has recently been updated and is quite nice; although I find a close to the platform bed a more inconvenient that I used to 🙃

I would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was great! The room was clean, Cindy at the front desk was fantastic. Jonathan F. & Nick C. at the valet were incredible. They had my car ready for me by the time I came down. They were super quick and so friendly! It turned out to be a great stay!

This was a very eloquent hotel a couple miles from beach. Good place to stay if you want to stay off-main thoroughfare in Manhattan Brach. Handy if you have car rental—extra $30 per day—-Jonathan did a great job with valet service. Room was spacious and nice, next to a few malls.
