Horrible experience! Very stingy people. The indian guy had a hard time understanding so he made my order wrong and when i told him he said i didn’t ask for it and didn’t even offer to remake it.

First timer . Was looking for bagels on thanksgiving day and found this place open . Not many places around were open that day . Went for a quick coffee and bagels 🥯 for all kids . We ordered 6 bagels 🥯 and it took them about 10-20 mins overall. Not bad but could be quicker .. not much crowd when we went . There were 3-4 people waiting in the queue .. coffee was almost over . I should have waited for a new brew . The old one wasn’t that good .

I actually liked the bagels .. it was like a Manhattan style flat bagel . 🥯 out of 6 - 3 bagels had good amount of cream cheese and the rest 3 had very less cream cheese . Its almost like we are eating a plain bagel. I liked their jalapeño cream cheese .. lots of parking outside . There were few tables inside to sit / eat.. overall , it was ok . 4/5

Won’t be coming back, they were closing up at 3pm when they’re supposed to be closing @4pm and were not willing to even try to use the slicer because they would have to clean it after. So lazy and distasteful. I told them I was sorry for asking them to do their job. They said it was okay just won’t use the slicer to make a sandwich when they can use their hands to slice. Disgusting behavior coming from the manager himself. Won’t ever stop by here. They don’t think about the customers like ever

I wentto Bagel Basket for notary work. I had called and was told to come in. I went in, and the manager saw and nodded his head. Since it was busy, I waited patiently.After 20 minutes, when all customers were served, I waited for my turn. It turned out that another person was the notary. He saw me ( 4 people working there), but just ignored, and took another customer...even though he knew I was waiting patiently. That is so rude and discriminating, and disrespectful! It is not like the notary is free of charge! I walked out!
I will Never ever recommend Bagel Basket or Their Notary service to anyone! Save your time!

First time stopping by after passing this place many times, I was super pleased with my order. Toasted Asiago bagel with scallion cream cheese was delicious, definitely will be getting it again but darker toasted it was just missing a little crunch. Ham Egg and cheese on Everything was perfect, fluffy eggs, just right thickness of ham slightly crisped around the edges, melty cheese. The bagel had a great crunchy exterior and soft interior. I really appreciated the density of the toppings on the bagel and the ratio of them.
