0 out of 10 I do not recommend. We booked the Presidential suite with a hot tub but we had no working toilet, the sink was clogged and the TV had no sound.

We reported the issue and was told that the manager works from home, they didn’t have any maintenance associates, we could not change rooms or receive a refund. This was special getaway for my fiancé and I but we were not compensated at all which ruined our evening.

Very disappointed with my stay here. The room looked nice, I paid extra for the jetted bath tub. The hot water wasn’t working, they said a part a had to be replaced. However, it still wasn’t working at 10 pm before I went to bed. And when my husband called about our disappointment the manager never called us back. Paid extra for something we couldn’t use. Wouldn’t recommend.

I wanted to change the date of my reservation because my mother suddenly became ill, but the hotel refused because the 24-hour deadline had passed.
I didn't want to cancel, I just wanted to postpone the reservation for a week.
So I have to pay the full price of the room, even though I won't be occupying it.
They showed no empathy or compassion.
Really poor service.

You're not sorry at all, because if you were you'd pay me back. So no, I will never do business with your hotel again, and I urge everyone to do the same!

The rooms are a pretty good size, and it seems quite clean. Check in was easy and fast. Location is a little inconvenient, as you have to spin around the block to get to it since there is a transit in the median, but other than that this place isn't bad. Affordable for the night.

This is a great little romantic getaway. The hot tub room is very affordable compared to other hotels. I've never had issues with staff, my room or my reservations. This is just me, but I like to bring my deposit in cash so they can just give it back to me at check-out. Shout out to the other services that complete the night: flowers and chocolates from 1-800-FLOWERS and steak dinners from Outback Steakhouse via DoorDash. Date Night at the Azure!

Scammers. Charged my card in the middle of the night before check-in. I got a fraud alert from my bank because they're a fraudulent business with contradictory practices. They cancelled my reservation behind my back, and then charged me a cancellation fee. I have documentation that my reservation was never cancelled. They just pretend the manager isn't there.

I recommend the Days Inn instead of this horrible establishment. Do not give these people your info. You will regret it.

We stayed here for a night a few weeks ago for a convention. We stayed on the 1st floor and the walls were so tall, it was lovely! The room was nice, clean, cold, and the check in and check out were incredibly quick and easy. We will be staying again in October and we very much look forward to it!

Super clean !!! The service was wonderful. They cleaned our room and made our bed daily. Breakfast was sufficient continental breakfast. Really enjoyed the pool and hot tub !!! Would definitely stay here again.
