We were there for our class reunion and several classmates filled the other rooms. Our stay was very pleasant . Debbie goes out of her way to see that her guests are well cared for. Clean, neat and pleasing decor makes ones stay well worth the trip. I highly recommend!!

We love staying at Arnott House!! The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Debbie and Connie are friendly and accommodating and serve up a breakfast that will fill your tummy and warm your heart. Sitting on the front porch with friends is the perfect pastime. Thanks for a great weekend in Spencer!

Stayed here for the week. The rooms were spacious ,clean and very convenient with a microwave,TV and mini fridge. Debbie and Connie are both fantastic and made the most unbelievable breakfasts and took very good care of us during our stay. Would recommend this place to anyone going to Spencer WV.
Will definitely be back !!

Could not have been a better place for our family (5 adults and 1 baby) to stay while in Roane County for a large family reunion. We had 3 rooms in the back of house which worked perfectly to socialize! Rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the owner Debbie could not have been any nicer making sure we were taken care of during our visit! House is beautiful and was decorated so cute for fall and Halloween. We look forward to staying there again in the future!

I had an old friend in town & she wanted to take a short drive in WV somewhere. We invited another friend so off the 3 of us went to The Arnott House, a BnB in Spencer a short 1.5 hr drive. The experience could not have been more perfect . Except maybe … Spencer needs a restaurant open on Sunday but it was a nice quiet adventure. We drove to the winery on the hill. Explored the town. |It is an old storied house with beautiful woodwork & furnishings. Our host was the new owner, Debbie. She is working out the “ bugs” of new ownership since she just took over in July 2021 and has never run a BnB before. Our homemade breakfast was delicious & the rooms were spacious, clean, had plenty of furniture, TV’s & free internet. The place felt warm, cozy & homey. The price was very reasonable. I would stay here again & recommend you do too. My husband and I will definitely take a weekend trip just to get away.

Our family (5 adults and 1 baby) had a wonderful stay recently. It was the perfect place to stay when back in Spencer area for a family reunion! We had the 3 rooms in the back of the beautiful Arnott house and worked great for us to socialize at night. The new owner Debbie was the perfect hostess making sure we were taken care of and her breakfast was delicious! We look forward to staying there in the future when back in area!!

I enjoyed my time at The Arnott House. I was in room #1. It was a very nice clean room. It had a living room as well as the comfortable bed and private bathroom. I would recommend The Arnott House to everyone. Nicely priced and very comfortable.

Debbie is an amazing host that makes you feels like this is your home away from home! Such a charming old house,beautifully decorated, then yet served us a delightful delicious breakfast! Would Definitely stay here again of the need arises!
