Sometimes it is the small details that make the difference. But the big picture also matters. But when it all comes together you have the makings of an excellent hotel. This is by far one of my favorite hotels to stay on business. All the staff are amazing, efficient and welcoming. Malik, the manager of the roof top restaurant is a rare gem. The beds are super comfy. And the rooms are spotless.||But the real ceramic mugs in the in room coffee service are what puts this place over the top. I hate drinking out of Styrofoam. It just makes coffee taste bad. So a real coffee mug is a welcome treat.||Stay here! You won't regret it.

What a fantastic stay! People were great. Top notch service. Room was just lovely. Home away from home. Will be our go to place in Tuscaloosa. Book early though, they fill up quick, and for food reason. Visit Roll Call, the rooftop bar. It's what sold us on the place the first time we visited Tuscaloosa.

This is a top notch property in the heart of downtown Tuscaloosa. The rooms are furnished with modern furniture, beds are comfortable and extra touches like thick towels and bottled water and a refrigerator add to the overall comfort. Santina at the front desk is a bright spot every time I check in. The Roll Call bar and Forte restaurant on site are both very good.

This was truly a nice bag experience. The facility and front desk service was wonderful, however other aspects not so much. ||I valeted my car upon check in and when I went to request my car, was asked to pay for the entire stay. Once I did that, I could no longer request my car on their app. When I brought this to their attention, I was told the new app wasn’t working and they would enter me again but once again, that didn’t work, so I parked my own car on my final night so I could quickly retrieve it myself. ||I want to the restaurant to have breakfast and after waiting 10 minutes, someone finally appeared to ask what I needed. ||For 24 hours of my stay, there was no TV available in the room, when I inquired about this I was told it was “ out” and the off site service provider was working on it. ||The manager did speak to me and apologized for the lack of television and valet. It is a beautiful hotel, but they need to fix these issues to be a stellar experience.

This is a lovely hotel. I brought my daughter down to visit the University of Alabama (Roll Tide) for a tour. The room was comfortable attractive. We were gifted a little snack bag and a travel mug to welcome us, which was thoughtful and a nice surprise. My daughter left her stuffed animal (yes, she's 18) and the staff located it and sent it back. Leandro Modesto personally emailed to let us know it was found and shipped. I also have email from Heather Dill, who helped us. Many thanks to a kind staff and for a lovely visit!

Couldn’t have been better. From the valet to the staff at the check in desk to the bellman. Classy without being stuffy. Room (suite) was fantastic - perfectly clean, roomy, and well designed. We have found our spot in Tuscaloosa. Roll tide.

Hotel was wonderful. Staff was amazing. Shout out to Griffin with the valet team, he helped me a bunch during my stay and went above and beyond! ||I loved the ambiance at Roll Call, as well as the downstairs bar. The hotel feels so new. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel Staff were super and very professional, offered us champagne and welcomed us into town. The valet lady was incredible and followed the smile and hustle rules!! Friendly experience, Will be back next time to stay. Thank you for the hospitality.
