This was a self-serve check-in. We booked the room in advance and the day before our arrival we received an email with how the enter the building and our room. It was a very nice room. We had 2 twin beds and full kitchen. Parking was limited, but there are only 6 rooms. You would not want more than 1 vehicle per room.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Adamina July 11-14. Very nice neighborhood and walking distance to downtown. Each room has its own passcode lock as well as the front door. We felt safe and comfortable and would recommend!

Stayed in the Valdez suite with my husband & spent time in the Denali suite with friends. Both rooms were exceptionally clean & comfortable. Enjoyed the comfy beds, quiet neighborhood & all basic amenities were provided. Might seem like a small thing, but we really appreciated the coat hooks provided since we had to dress in layers for the winter weather. Our host Dan was beyond accommodating & we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Also, super close to restaurants, shopping, etc. 10/10 would recommend!

I stayed a week here and loved every minute of it.

Prior to check-in I received an automated message with how to access my room. Everything worked great and once I got to my room I was impressed by how clean it was. Everything was spotless. I didn't have one of the larger suites, but even then I still had a lot of amenities to include a remote controlled Dyson floor fan (in addition to the ceiling fan), a love seat, microwave, refrigerator, and dual coffee maker (traditional drip with additional K-cup option). One to two people could easily be comfortable in this smaller suite for an extended time.

The room decor was charming, bed was comfortable, and towels were of better quality than some 4-star hotels I've stayed at. Each side of this duplex has a dedicated porch with a chair and table that were great for sitting and enjoying a morning coffee. The entire property is kept clean and it's obvious the owners take great pride in The Adamina, from the signs posted to remove shoes when entering the main doors, to the fact that they're continuously making improvements. During my stay I was contacted by the property owner and informed that they were having new thermostats installed in all rooms and suites, and that a member of the property's housekeeping crew would be accompanying the HVAC tech for oversight and guest reassurance.

The property is close to the airport (about 13 minutes away) and close to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, bars, etc. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and I never felt unsafe at any point during the day.

Considering what it costs to stay at local hotels like the Best Western, I think it'd be crazy of me to not stay at The Adamina the next time I'm in Fairbanks.

Had a great stay at the Adamina on a business trip. The Denali Suite was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. The owners went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. This will be my go-to on future Fairbanks trips!

The Adamina is comfortable and safe, it has an ideal location for my personality.. Lots of restaurants, coffee and sightseeing places for me to explore by walking.
I was able to stop at Marlo's Bakery for a tart and coffee.
Dressed in layers, I walked along the Chena Riverwalk to Pioneer Park. Glacier Grind Coffee has excellent bagels and coffee to keep me walking with energy. Tanana Herb Company sold me edibles to calm my nerves and sleep.

Had the Denali suite for half our honeymoon & wish we'd been in it the whole week. It is the perfect honeymoon suite. You won't get a better room at Chena resort or probably anywhere else in/around Fairbanks, I'd imagine, certainly not for the great price of this suite that's more like a nice apt than a hotel room. Also, the way they do things is just smart with codes instead of keys. We were briefly in another room which was also nice & worth the lower price, but the Denali suite is pretty much perfect at a great price. I only wish these same folks rented places everywhere I travel because I'd never stay w/ anyone else after this experience. I'm not even someone who typically leaves reviews of anything, good or bad, service, place, or product, but my wife & I were so blown away by how perfect this room was/is, & at such an incredible price, that I had to leave a review to tip my cap to Dan & Solo for putting together such an amazing suite & hopefully guide some future traveling couples to what they'll call the best place they've stayed.
