This lounge is much better than continuing to sit in your car for the charge up. Definitely come here over the other supercharger station across the street. They have 150 and 250 KW chargers at this location with an expansive lounge area for sitting and working. They got rid of the barista that used to be inside and instead went with high tech vending machines that feel like a mini convenience store. Best supercharger Ive been too, and would recommend using if you are driving through between SF and LA.

Kettleman Tesla Lounge – A Great Charging Stop with Amenities

Stopped at the Kettleman Tesla Lounge twice during my trip to SoCal—once for a quick charge on the way down and a longer stop on the way back. Both times, it was a great experience.

The lounge was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of Superchargers available, including both 150kW and 250kW options. They also had a few windshield wash stations and an air pump for tires, which was a nice touch.

Inside, the lounge had vending machines stocked with food, drinks, medicine, and even some games. There were several tables for eating or relaxing, plus a designated kids’ table area, which made it a great spot for families. Having an indoor space for kids to move around was a huge bonus compared to waiting outside in a parking lot.

There are also a few fast-food spots and sit-down restaurants within walking distance, so you have plenty of food options.

Overall, this is a great stop if you’re on a road trip and need to charge up while staying comfortable. Highly recommend stopping here!

Sleek, clean, and comfortable lounge with a barista and coffee bar. Nice clean restrooms to boot. Tesla clothing and accessories for sale. Vending machines with snacks and drinks are indoors. Picnic tables out back. Nice place to wait while you charge your car. 2 charging rates available, 150kw or 250kw. Good place for a break from the road.

Great place with nice staff and reasonably priced snack options. The atmosphere is decent the environment calm, and the restrooms are clean (no paper towels). You can plug your laptop into an electric outlet and work on the lounges free wifi. Make sure you pull out your Tesla app to gain access to the lounge. Overall a great experience and a nice way to spend 25 minutes while your Tesla is charging!

The lounge’s main area is clean and well air conditioned. However, the bathrooms were disappointing: neither of the men’s sinks worked, none of the women’s toilets flushed. There is a coffee stand that wasn’t open before 4 pm on a weekday and looked pretty barren so maybe it hasn’t been open recently. There are no hours posted. Coffee vending machine out of order. There were a few other vending machines stocked with drinks and snacks though.

Never thought I'd come to a Tesla lounge but this was a very cool experience. Everything you might really need while charging your car. Very convenient and the staff is nice and the bathrooms are clean! It's definitely something to check out if you have a road trip. Dog friendly, small merch shop, and even have a small private area to do small work as needed. Free wifi too!
