Nice family setting of apartments. A very nice and safe place to call home. The property manager's are great! Alex is verry enthusiastic and gets situations and property issues taken care of quickly and professionally. Alex is easy to talk to and is very approachable, which make things nice when you need assistance with your apartment matters.

Alejandro and Eric are absolutely amazing!! Talk about great service and communication and helpfulness!! I have never been more welcome and excited to move into a place. They really took their time to show me my options and work with me on getting the perfect place. I changed my move in date a couple of times and they were accommodating and helpful. The time they took with me and the help they gave me was above and beyond!!

Alejandro is the one to go to. He's very nice and the sweetest person. He helped me alot and answered all the questions I needed. Helped me moved out from my other apartment on things I wasn't clear about. I feel like I'm in good hands and I feel like I'm going to be happy in my new apartment.

Alejandro my manager is the best manager ever. He is very polite and professional. Everytime my family need something he is on it in a timely manner. Not only that he came in and cleaned
up our community to the fullest.
The apartment look better and are more quiet
. I love the apartment and community. I would advise anyone with a family to rent from our community

From the beginning everything was awesome when I stepped into the office. Alejandro and Alex helped me from the very beginning. I was nervous walking into the office do to my lack of experience and getting turned down. But Alejandro ensured me he would help me and walk me through the entire process which he did and it was effortless and easier than I thought.

They have a lot good positive energy that will make anyone have a good and positive day and I just wanna say thank you. You guys are awesome

Just became a new resident this week. The management team(Alejandro and Eric) are true professionals and very knowledgeable and helpful helping us with the transition. Alejandro is the man! Super supportive property manager, he truly fights for the renters and make sure the renters are always comfortable and keeps things running smoothly. The past managers weren’t the best but Alejandro really makes a difference in this complex as he’s always helping us.
