Old but clean. The front desk was nice. They showed us the room in the back by the beach before we rented. Big room, cable, air conditioning, big windows with view of the water. Gave us extra towels which were new and clean. The beach access makes it worth it. Beautiful view!

If I could give a 0 out of 5 I would. Clean but despirately in need of remodel and update. No hot water, bare light bulbs, questionable electric wireing, thin walls, domestic violence incident in room next to us 0300. Outdated door locks, poor security. Will say County Police response is great. Everything else in TC booked, this had too many vacancies. Dump, would not recommend.

Big time dope dealers!! Their customers park next door at the bayshore and walk through the bushes. I have personally witnessed this over a several month period. Be careful if you decide to stay here!!
