This place is prime example of "Don't judge a book by its cover". Although the outside is a work in progress the owners have been making upgrades to the property. The new beds are LOVE. The view from the back is so relaxing. Everyone on site is extremely helpful. The lady that cleans the rooms is the absolute sweetest. She will go above and beyond to make your stay pleasant. Ive had the pleasure of traveling with my husband when he works out of town and everyone here has made us feel sick welcome. Great people and a great place to stay if you're in the Clay co. Area.

The lady that runs the place was really sweet and helpful. I love the view from our room over looking the water. The rooms are a little dated but are still cozy

This was a perfect spot for us to do the rail trail. No, the beds aren’t very comfortable, but boy that water pressure in that hot water could go on for days. We definitely will be back and have already booked our room for October.

Decent hotel for overnight stay. Not sure I'd stay there more than one or two nights. Can't beat the cost. Small refrigerator and microwave in room, grill out back.

We stayed a night here with our cats and it was the most cleanest hotel I've ever seen. Wifi access and name brand coffee. Water pressure was perfect. The soap they give you smells amazing and is definitely high quality. Microwave cooks well and nice fridge. I didn't wake up once in the comfy big bed. Fluffy pillows. The most beautiful view of the river. A nice rail trail across from it. Nice, amazing people. Their kindness makes you feel right at home. Like you've known them your whole life. There's a bunch of cool little shops under the rooms during daytime hours. Everything is amazing priced. You will never forget your experience here. I will definitely stay again when needed.

Owner is nice, room was very comfortable. Reasonable prices, and the owner also had a nice little shop too! Right next door to a Family Dollar, which is very convenient. The beds are pretty comfortable, as are the pillows. Definitely worth a visit. Parking is a bit challenging.

Love the staff and the shops down on the first floor. I visited family staying there. I can't speak to the rooms. My family that stayed said the rooms were clean but they were not thrilled with the matresses.
