I love taco time, this was my first job at this location in 2008 but I’ve had a reoccurring problem for many years now. Anytime I order a salad with ranch and also order extra sides of ranch, you never give me the actual ranch that should come with the salad. I ordered a tostada salad with ranch and 4 large sides of ranch. You only gave me the 4 sides of ranch and not the ranch that comes with the salad. I checked and there’s not ranch dressing on the salad either. For spending almost $50, you’d think I could get all the ranches I paid for 🙁 it’s not worth calling, complaining, and going back for one ranch, it’s the principle of it because it happens every single time I go there. Please figure out a way to fix this issue!

Food is amazing & always high quality. Had to ask the name of an exceptional worker, young girl named Laci. She had a smile on her face and sounded very enthusiastic to work there. Hard to find that these days. Highly recommend for the amazing staff.

Taco Time is my all time favorite fast food restaurant. I worked for Taco Time in the late 80's. The quality seems as good or better, with more options. The hot sauce is not free anymore. But that's OK, I know it can lead to waste. I have fond memories of my time there and met great people. Good company.

Always love eating here. I love the platters. Good food with a reasonable price. Place is pretty clean and they provide sturdy utensils that are bio friendly. I'll be back soon.

Stopped in for a quick bite while going north and this is the best Taco Time I ever been to. The lady at the front was really nice and friendly to myself and others

I used to think that this was the better Taco Time, no longer. I just finished 11 hours at my job and I needed some food got nachos, which I do literally every time, this time I got no sour cream no guac, none of the sauces I ordered extra and there was literally like 10 chips Max in my container, mostly loose toppings, I will probably never eat at this one again. But that's okay I hope everyone in the store is doing all right.

What I'm saying is check your order.

First off, I was very impressed with the staff. I walked in due to the line at the drive thru was out on the side street back to Capitol Blvd. everyone was busy making orders. One gal called to the office. The gal ran out with a smile and took my order and I was on my way.
I love their soft beef taco. It’s large and there is no skimping on the fillings. Best tots around. Crisp on the outside and fully cooked thru. And I could life on their hot sauce alone.

Everywhere you step inside your shoes stick. The floor is filthy, has not been swept OR mopped for god knows how long. Food on the floor in cooking area. I was given an option to substitute soft corn tortillas for my tacos which I appreciate- but the taco meat tasted terrible. I ordered 3 soft tacos, large tator tots and large drink. I could barely finish one taco... I hope I don't get sick..
