A reckless driver exhibited dangerous behavior on I-5 South, heading from Seattle. The individual abruptly changed three lanes without using turn signals, demonstrating a disregard for traffic safety. When alerted by a honk, the driver responded inappropriately by suddenly applying the brakes, potentially as a retaliatory action. This aggressive response only compounded the initial dangerous maneuver, creating an even more hazardous situation on the highway.
Most importantly driver was speeding too while changing the lanes.
