I do not recommend doing business with this company, they will put your money, your time, your dreams and even your emotional stability at risk, because the owner only cares to make money, the people who are happy with the houses that they build is because they do not know all the mistakes behind their well-painted walls, I hired them almost 2 years ago and it was my biggest and most expensive nightmare, after a year of starting they had not even built half of my house, they made many mistakes and when I realized that, they charged me for fixing all their mistakes thousands and thousands of dollars, I fired them.
My house has so much damage that to repair it exceeds 350 thousand, all my windows been installed wrong and they need to be replace, water is all in my house , besides the roof was separated from the house and the structure of my house is not strong enough, I have a book engineer report with 82 mistakes in my house, they used to overcharged up to 3 times the real cost of things, ghostly expenses for up to 10 thousand dollars, not to mention that they asked me to advance money to pay for my cabinets and my upgrades and they stole it from me, they never paid the cabinets company and I realized that overcharged me 12500 more than what they really cost, they are not enough to charge you for making your house they are going to put charges that do not exist and that money goes directly into the pocket of the arrogant owner, they are scammers, three months ago they were fired And they still acting like. .........to not return my money back to fix their mess.

I won’t pay a penny more to a company that did a dirty job in my house, you are going to give me back all the money that it was overcharged me, and the one that you stolen.

After we asked him to correct all the errors and imperfections that were in the construction and he would like to charge us for fixing them thousands and thousands more! I have the text messages with him and also emails where he answers us very rudely after we asked him to fix them,

I have worked with this builder several times and their quality is fantastic! You can tell Garret takes great pride in his work and design. Their contract process is seamless which is super important to me as a real estate agent. They offer several floor plans and their pricing and upgrades are easily outlined and transparent. Highly Recommend!

Garrett provided consistent and documented communication that outlined both projects they completed for us. He made changes, per our request, on three different occasions and was upfront regarding pricing changes. My father who was a civil engineer visited the site daily and was very appreciative of Syler’s craftsmanship and attention to the details. Our son was also having a deck built at the same time and the company building his took twice as long. Syler always let us know if they were not going to work on our project for a day and they were dependable when scheduled.
