Most of the bookings happen on air b&b. If like me, you happened upon this place through google, I congratulate you on finding a gem of a location. This place is restorative and charming! Pictures fail to adequately capture the beauty of the Resort. For our anniversary we booked the largest suite and have throughly enjoyed ourselves. The owners pay attention to detail, and make themselves available to assist. We slept comfortably and unwound in our private hot tub! It’s been an absolute pleasure to rejuvenate here.
Cornville is an excellent location for all the surrounding countryside, including Sedona just down the road. I look forward to returning soon for another visit!

We found this place by chance when we were looking for Cabins for a weekend getaway in and around Sedona. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts (Shirley & husband) were super hosts! We stayed at the Tranquil Waters Villa which is a 2 bedroom cabin. The views from the cabin are amazing. The actual place is much better than what you see in the pics - there is lots of trees and full of greenery all around. There are ponds and streams / creeks in front of the Cabin. They also have a Spa with great outdoor view and privacy. As there are only 3 cabins, the place is very quiet and calm. The property is a ranch and it is clustered around many other ranches. Not too far from Sedona. Cottonwood is close by. We were told during fall the place is gorgeous! Would definitely want to visit again.

We spent the first days of our honeymoon at Sycamore Springs last year. We enjoyed it so much we are returning this year for our first anniversary. The grounds are so very relaxing and peaceful! The owners were really welcoming and friendly! We are so excited to visit this little oasis again. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful place.

We went to Sycamore Springs to get away from life for a couple days and were hopeful that this would be a nice place. We were absolutely thrilled and so excited to be staying in a beautiful and peaceful place! The owners are so friendly and kind and made our stay relaxed! We honestly only saw them a few times. Even though they had all the cottages rented it felt as though we were there alone. It was beautiful and the fall leaves changing were the icing on the cake for sure. There are ponds and springs and waterfalls. A jacuzzi cabin, and fire pits. I'm not sure what else to say except this is truly my new happy place! If you want relaxation and peaceful beauty mixed with convient locations to Jerome, Sedona, and Verde Canyon RR then this is it!

This was our second visit to Sycamore Springs and it was even more delightful than the first! The quiet, the green surroundings, the sounds of running waters, was all very relaxing and rejuvenating. We did most of our meal preparation in the well equipped kitchen, but did venture out to explore the surrounding area occasionally. Sedona, Cottonwood and Jerome are must-sees, but can be crowded during the summer months.

Cannot say enough about what a cozy and inviting place. The grounds are so pretty and relaxing- perfect spot to decompress and find peace. The suite was very nice, clean and well-equipped. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. Only 10 minutes from a host of restaurants if you want to dine out but they have grills and outside tables on grounds if you choose to stay home. Full kitchen as well! The hot tub was great as well. We will be back soon!!

The owners were so friendly and welcoming. The suite was cozy, clean and equipped with full kitchen, king size bed, satellite TV and free WIFI. The grounds are so lovely and peaceful- incredible place to just relax and unwind. Their are grills on-site but if you want to go out it’s a 10 minute drive to numerous restaurants, coffee shops and other venues. Would highly recommend!

First I would like to thank Shirley and Steve from the bottom of our hearts for creating this little slice of heaven. Steve, this is great handyman work and thanks for the conversations, Shirley thanks for dealing with our constant arrival changes and the great recommendations.

The Property: absolutely beautiful, plenty of area to walk around, fire pits, lounging areas, and streams galore. We went during the "ugliest" month and thought it was amazing. There is plenty of nature and downward facing lights so you can see the stars in full effect at night. Big beautiful trees, two ponds, and you can see little animals running around when it starts to get later in the day.

The Suite: We had the Upstairs Suite, and it had a beautiful outside deck with gorgeous views. It has an outside BBQ and a full kitchen, it comes with condiments and all the normal households needs, which is pretty unusual and was really appreciated. It literally made my day when I got to have Ketchup with my fries and they had REAL CREAMER for my morning coffee. It was an all wood cabin style and had modern lighting and heating. Bed was super comfortable and plenty of room. It had a true AZ cowboy style, with fur and farm blankets hanging and indian ceramic flatware.

The owners: Shirley and Steve were amazing, friendly good mornings and warmly welcomed us upon arrival. Steve built most of the property and still works on the daily, Shirley kind of runs the operations and payments and accommodates requests. They are a great team and make everyone feel welcome.

The Location: situated in between Cottonwood and Sedona, it's about a 10 min drive to the heart of Sedona and 5 mins to all the shops at cornvill. Sits right on the 89A, which is the main Sedona Highway. It's far enough that you dont get the content traveler traffic of Sedona hikers /ATV/JEEP tour crowds and close enough that you get in the heart of the city before you find a good radio station. It's about 25 mins from the farthest major Vortex at Bell/Courthouse Mountains.

The value: I travel a lot, to other countries and within the USA. I can tell you that I was kind of worried about how cheap the price. As soon as we got there I realized how great a deal we got. This ranks in the top 5 of the 300+ AIRbnb and hotels I've ever stayed at.

Staying here will be one of the most enjoyable stays you will ever have while in Sedona. Thanks again Sycamore Springs and hope to see you again in May!!!
